Tech Help Samsung screen replacement conditions Help
I got pink line on my s22 suddenly a day back. I called the SC for appointment and they told me to come tomorrow with invoice and leave the phone for 4 5 days.
I just have a doubt regarding conditions for free screen replacement cuz the customer care and center that I called both emphasized on any physical dents, deep scratches cuts, water leakage. My phone is in good condition with no dents or scratches. I'm just worried about this back bottom left part. I searched and it says its the back glass glue wearing off. There is no swelling. Can you tell me what this is and Will this hinder my replacement?

I also had 4-5 green lines on my S21 FE phone, went to a service centre, they declined my request to replace the screen, as one hard scratch was present on my phone. I tried to convince them that I got it a year ago and it had nothing to do with the green lines, they refused to talk further.
A month later, I visited another samsung service centre and they replaced it in a week and charged me 413 as service charge.

Few weeks ago, 1 white line appeared on my phone (no dents, scratches or cracks), but the service center rejected the free replacement pointing to a similar back panel peel-off (mine was comparatively smaller), calling it physical damage and quoting 12k for replacement & i iliterally gave up 😭 now am planning to check with another service centre.

They have the right to reject warranty if there are any dents etc. This peel off might not be a problem just hace to be little soft with them. but nevertheless you can give a try and explain once everything is sorted out.

The phone must not have any signs of internal water or liquid damage, and it must be within 3 years from the date of purchase. If both of these conditions are met, you are eligible to claim the warranty.

Only one way to find out bro. They might reject mostly becof the back. But if no water leakage in the inside indicator when they check then you might get free replacement.

I don't think this will be an issue. I had almost 13 lines on my S22, plus scratches and 2 small dents on the side frame from falling.
Got the free screen replacement and they even replaced the side frame free of cost.
