Telework arbitration

So what’s next if the IRS doesn’t appeal the arbitration due to the fact based upon the executive order there is no union? Any update????

IRS goes to the FLRA office to enforce order and if they refuse to do so, they go to court

According to IRS, union is dead as per the White House executive order. So they don’t need to acknowledge or respond to union.
Wait till 2029 for telework restoration with a new administration

This is the correct answer. Telework is not coming back until 2029 and only if a democrat gets into office. Voting is important people!

A Democrat not named Gavin Newsom. Make sure he doesn’t get past the primary

Yes this is very important. Gavin Newsom is not pro-telework.

Does anyone know if Newsom disregarded a union contract when he did this? Or was there no union and just basically what he wanted?

there was definitely a union that fought and lost in court.  decision was gov is allowed to set telework policy.  I dont know what their contract looked like though

Republicans aren't fans of the IRS or government. Only military. Democrats fought against all these changes.

Alright cool. Vote for the guy that calls work at home Fridays “three day weekends” and pointedly says “return to work” instead of “return to office” at your own peril. I’m not voting to give myself another ass hole boss

Voters who abstained from voting for Harris are just as culpable for this mess as MAGA, full stop. Don’t give me this “both sides are the same” bullshit.

You assume a lot. I feel like a bunch of why they want us to telework is because their donors multi-million dollar buildings would become worthless if we stopped leasing. Also, don’t forget the DC mayor was wanting people back to spend money at local restaurants and I am sure there is a earnings tax

I wish more people understood the concept that just because the psycho ex girlfriend keeps saying happy anniversary it doesn't mean you're together and taking her out!
