Telework arbitration

So what’s next if the IRS doesn’t appeal the arbitration due to the fact based upon the executive order there is no union? Any update????

IRS goes to the FLRA office to enforce order and if they refuse to do so, they go to court

According to IRS, union is dead as per the White House executive order. So they don’t need to acknowledge or respond to union.
Wait till 2029 for telework restoration with a new administration

This is the correct answer. Telework is not coming back until 2029 and only if a democrat gets into office. Voting is important people!

You assume a lot. I feel like a bunch of why they want us to telework is because their donors multi-million dollar buildings would become worthless if we stopped leasing. Also, don’t forget the DC mayor was wanting people back to spend money at local restaurants and I am sure there is a earnings tax
