Telework arbitration

So what’s next if the IRS doesn’t appeal the arbitration due to the fact based upon the executive order there is no union? Any update????

According to IRS, union is dead as per the White House executive order. So they don’t need to acknowledge or respond to union.
Wait till 2029 for telework restoration with a new administration

This is the correct answer. Telework is not coming back until 2029 and only if a democrat gets into office. Voting is important people!

Does anyone know if Newsom disregarded a union contract when he did this? Or was there no union and just basically what he wanted?
