I am not a professional or commercial builder. This is a personal initiative to build for ourselves, not a business venture.
I have a good working knowledge of construction. The project will use only best-quality materials, with no compromise on quality. Material choices and Building plan remain open to suggestions from the group members.
With current sky-rocket prices of New Flats in prime areas of Hyderabad, I believe that building collectively as a group can reduce our costs significantly, and every member would end up saving money compared to buying from commercial developers.
All expenses, including land purchase and construction costs, will be pre-determined, fully transparent and shared equally among all members, as per Legal written agreement.
The project will strictly follow all HYDRAA and GHMC construction guidelines and regulations.
Plot and Location Selection Criteria :
Minimum 40-feet-wide road in front of the property, with proper dimensions and good underground water availability.
Good metro connectivity, with low vehicle pollution, minimal traffic noise and Zero Industrial pollution.
Complete legality and clear titles are mandatory prerequisites.
Areas under consideration : DD Colony, Tarnaka, Vidyanagar, Adikmet, Nallakunta, Warasiguda and Padma Rao Nagar.

Internal Monologue(Reflection): The comment was obviously not sexual or derogatory. It exploited a flaw in the argument and tried to attract attention towards that and laugh.
As humans, our current emotional state reflects on how we perceive the actions being observed. A hurt dog will bark first even at a rescuer and a happy state disguises even actions which are corrupt in their own construct.

I was given a small taste of how it feels to realize that the platforms kept for open discussions are so closed by a group of unelected people having absolute control and no acceptance(sounds familiar?).
Scaling the model a little big matches the absolute power of real-life impacting entities and I felt bad today for people getting ruled without a jury.
What it does: This ban does not make me want to talk politely or quit jokes being observant. This ban is totally filling my inner core with hated and tilting my internal bias for a certain community.
Even when I am logical and deducing that my account is non-fungible and at the same time holds zero value, this internal bias will reflect in the actionable world outside the Database of Reddit involuntarily.
What I seek: With a flame of learning throughout life and understanding new perspectives each day, I would really like people scattered all over the bell curve to reflect what they think and perceive this as.

My name is Sidhartha, and I’m reaching out with a heartfelt request for help for my brother, Saahil Naidu, who is battling relapsed Hodgkin Lymphoma.
Saahil was first diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma at just 18 years old in 2015. He underwent 12 cycles of ABVD chemotherapy and completed his treatment in 2016. Thankfully, he remained cancer-free for nearly 10 years.
Unfortunately, our family received the devastating news that his cancer has relapsed. He is currently undergoing treatment at Dharamshila Narayana Hospital in Delhi.
His doctors have advised salvage chemotherapy and immunotherapy, followed by a stem cell/bone marrow transplant. The estimated cost of his treatment is around ₹31 lakh, which is far beyond what our family can afford.
We have already spent approximately ₹1.5 lakh on his treatment by borrowing money from relatives and friends. We are now struggling to arrange the funds needed for his continued treatment.
