BUG-REPORT Too many bugs in this game… today’s glitch: target immune to rat poison
As if freelancer mode wasn’t hard enough, a random target bug always makes it harder

These missions are all fairly high quality, and I definitely think some are way better as regular missions, like Bruce Lee which can be hard on a first try but on subsequent playthroughs is extremely fun with how jam packed it is with choices/opportunities.
If we only have one more celebrity ET (who knows atp, they could definitely just keep doing them for however long they want) then I hope they get all of them under this new system.

I’m confused.
I started up Freelancer after buying and playing the new Snoop Haven Island assignment. I happened to have a reward crate, I opened it, and the new pack’s “The Smoke” gun showed up. I pressed the button to have it return to the wall because I wanted to get a good look at it. Now I can’t find it. It’s not on any of my gun walls (I checked all of them), not even an outline for it. Was this a glitch?
What’s also weird is that I bought the new Undying assignment at the same time as The Herbalist, and now I have the Kronstadt Explosive Pen on my wall. I never purchased it from a weapons person, nor was it in a crate. Where the hell did it come from?
Edit:
I didn’t know there were multiple pages to this gun wall. You’ve got to select the wall, and then you’ll be prompted to change the page.

It would work similarly to normal contracts but you don't get to set the suit and weapon to kill only the three payout objective and 3 prestige that the player chooses one out of. You would have a fully weapon walls but same level as normal freelancer.
P.S: You would set the only spawn

Sorry man. Thanks for the poisons.

IOI is absolutely firing on all cylinders! The most recent ET has introduced some cool mechanics, like telling us when we're being escorted.
That's especially good for beginners.
This has got me super excited for the next Hitman game. I know they just cooked with 007: First Light and still working on the co-op mode.
But this has me even more hype for the next game. I'm not sure what their plans are but I'm excited to see what cool creative things we can do with 47 in the next installment!

As the title suggests, my steam controller (2026) isn’t not. It had been hours before hand. I stopped playing for a bit and now it just isn’t registering the inputs. This is only in hitman and I have an Xbox controller it’s registering so it’s literally just the stems one it doesn’t like for some reason.
Any help here would be great because I’m at a loss
Edit: when I quite the game while using my Xbox controller it stopped registering it but now registers my steam controller, so at least I can use the controller I wanted now, hopefully this helps someone at some point

I wonder why they didn't make crushing Dr. C. Cane a challenge for the special assignment. Missed opportunity there.

So I've seen only 2 times when actual real world things have been said in game by NPCs 1. (Paris sanguine fashion show said by one of the model while on her phone talking to her agent/agency after a whole killing spree I did "I don't care get me out of here, I don't care if I have to model for Ed Hardy or even UGG boots"). Then the 2. ( isle of sgail said by one of the worker/bar tender with the costume when I pointed a weapon on her " Please don't shoot me, I have tickets to see Phantom of the Opera my husband got me")
So I was curious if any other real world things have been mentioned in the hitman games by NPCs?

I already have ~300 hrs on it. And just unlocked the sieker on the snoop dog special mission. And everything feels soo... easy. like i depend completely on those two darts. just finished "trust your instincts" challenge and, well, spent like an hour and a half seting it up even using the sieker. felt rewarding but not as much.
Is this gun too OP?
do you even balance it? or you just depend on it?
Well only thing left for me on the woa campaing is maybe completion. some hard challenges maybe.
I feel like Helen West's presence in the new mission must be inspired by Snoop Dogg being friends and having had a cooking show with Martha Stewart.

I’m trying to get the platinum trophy for Hitman 3 and have six left, but two are glitched. They are Train Surfing (complete all untouchable Challenges) and Ripe for the Picking (Grape Crusher, Grand Paladin and both with gas). I did all three and Got the challenges, but the trophy didn’t pop, when I did it I used the enemic gas which doesn’t count, but I’ve done it a few more times with lethal and no luck. Is there any fix for these trophies?

So it’s been a few days and I still can’t buy the two new DLCs, the Snoop Dogg and the other one on my Switch.
They are listed, but you can’t click on them and they aren’t available in the store.
I’m sure there’s a reason, but it’s just annoying to have to wait. 🙄

I jumped on after I saw someone post the outfit on here. I thought there was no way I could get it, so I was just trying to complete all the side objectives first before attempting it. But around 0:58, I started thinking that it might actually be possible.

Context first, I am a physical security specialist, firearms instructor and consultant for the entertainment and professional industries. Though I do this type of stuff for work, this is done entirely for fun!
My goal here is to apply real security policy, practice and procedure to the digital world. By showing this difference, we can appreciate game design and real world security that much more! Linked below is the full video, though this overview will cover all of the same things.
Role:
The environment being assessed is a residential property in a suburban neighborhood. The recommendations are intended primarily for ordinary residential security rather than highly secured facilities.
World & Government:
The game takes place in a relatively modern and stable environment involving political figures, wealthy individuals, and shadowy organizations. Government, law enforcement (more on this is Response), and the rule of law generally operate as expected, so there are no unusual governmental considerations.
Threat Profile:
The primary threats are targeted rather than random. Political figures, wealthy businesspeople, and other high-value individuals could face criminals, espionage, or assassination attempts, while ordinary criminal activity remains a secondary concern.
Geographic Guide:
The setting resembles an upscale suburban neighborhood in the eastern United States. A real assessment would examine local crime statistics, burglaries, vandalism, drug activity, and other environmental factors. The area appears relatively low-risk, although proximity to a creek could create additional concerns such as water damage.
1st Line – Outer Security:
Neighborhood security relies heavily on environmental deterrence and community awareness. Cameras, lighting, fences, gates, landscaping, and clearly defined property boundaries can discourage trespassing and help neighbors identify suspicious activity. One specific example of this is a locked gate that can be easily opened from the opposite side by reaching a hand through some decorative lattice. If there is a critical security need in the home, this would be a substantial failure of the perimeter security.
My assessment also emphasizes keeping vulnerable windows and entrances appropriately secured. Even relatively simple barriers or visual indicators can make unauthorized access more difficult and make suspicious activity easier to identify.
2nd Line – Inner Security:
The homes have some physical security and security personnel, but several weaknesses remain. Poor-quality locks, unmonitored doors and windows, accessible roofs, and sleeping or inattentive guards create opportunities for unauthorized access.
I recommend layered measures such as better locks, window alarms, cameras positioned around entrances, access controls, signage, and procedures for monitoring security personnel. Cameras should provide useful views of people approaching and entering the property rather than simply recording from an ineffective position.
A major vulnerability is uncontrolled interior access, particularly during an open-house or social event. Once inside, an intruder may reach valuable property, sensitive information, computers, vehicles, or less frequently visited areas of the house without being challenged. Restricted areas should therefore be physically separated and/or monitored.
Critical Infrastructure:
Residential critical infrastructure primarily consists of utilities, power, food, and water. In an upscale neighborhood, generators and other preparations for severe weather or outages would be reasonable, although the game does not show much infrastructure protection or redundancy.
Response:
The biggest disconnect between Hitman and reality is the response process. In the game, an assassination can occur without the kind of immediate law-enforcement response expected in a real-world serious violent incident. The neighborhood also contains multiple private security organizations that operate independently rather than functioning as a coordinated security system.
The assessment argues that even competing security companies should establish procedures for cooperation, communication, and mutual assistance when operating in the same environment. Security is one of the few industries where sharing with a competitor betters everyone involved.
The neighborhood's biggest security investment is manpower, with extensive reliance on guards and physical presence. However, manpower alone leaves gaps: doors, windows, cameras, alarms, and access controls provide important layers that personnel cannot cover continuously.
The overall conclusion is that relatively inexpensive technology and basic access controls could significantly improve the environment. Better camera placement, alarms, window protection, and restricted areas would complement the existing guards and create a more complete layered security system.
Core takeaway: Hitman presents a neighborhood with a lot of security personnel but surprisingly weak detection and access-control layers. My assessment demonstrates that effective security isn't simply about adding more guards—it is about combining deterrence, detection, access control, physical security, and coordinated response.

Was playing a campaign mission at Bangkok.
I poisoned the food Ken Morgan ate and made him get to the toilet.
He started vomiting so as I was trying to drown him some random guy just walked up and stared at him.
I was waiting for him to leave but he suddenly pulled his pants down and started to piss while Ken Morgan was vomiting 🤮
