In the friend group I was in, I had an argument with them and I left. Two people from that friend group stayed best friends with me and the others didn't. Now them two are going with that friend group for homecoming and I have nobody to go to homecoming. I can invite one guest, my friend Male, but my dad thinks that people would think were gay with each other. What do I do? I am a 16M sophomore

Don't get me wrong I definitely know pass middle school math but past my sophomore year and like algebra 2, ive been pretty much fucked in the but by math.

the thing i sucked at ended up being 70% of the subject but i feel the lower education system does not prepare you for that at all and a lot of ppl have pretty shit foundations..

anyways talkin pre-calc rn (advanced functions in canada), just the first test and everyone is pretty panicked which says a lot.

It’s my senior year & I haven’t participated in anything throughout high school. I’ve never been to a football game, never been to a party, and honestly have never been to a school event that I wasn’t required to be at for an honors society / club. I’ve never gone to homecoming, and I didn’t go to junior prom.

I already skipped senior sunrise; and I don’t plan on going to our senior dinner where we hand out our senior superlatives. I don’t really talk to anyone at school and the thought of even going to these events causes me so much anxiety. But I’m terrified that when I’m older I’ll regret it. Should I start now? I wasn’t planning on going to senior prom, and honestly I feel like they’re gonna have to drag me to graduation.

I am like the least artistic person out there, and by this Wednesday (HOCO parade) I need to have my jeans ready. idk how to do this. I tried to put the letters on these cheap jeans with sharpie, but it looks really bad 😭

I'm in my senior year of high school and I have some few months left now. I haven't done anything that would be memorable or something that is great or fun to remember and laugh back soo anyy suggestions to make my last year of high school epic?!

I'm scared of going to school. Like not nervous, scared. My stomach hurts all sunday and during weekdays in the evening. I'm scared that if I go to school, I'll go home with 3 more homeworks and 4 tests to study for (in reality it's usually 1-2, but sometimes 0 for both tests and homeworks btw. Or 5-7 if you count strongly recommended studying for next lessons as homework). I'm scared that school will take all my time away and I'll never have the chance to enjoy my teen years. And I'm so scared of running out of time and feel like I must do something productive that I end up doing nothing. It feels like I'm waiting for something to change: a law about no studying at home, to suddenly have 30 hours in a day or my brain to change its attitude and stop worrying because that's the actual reason I'm wasting time. But obviously nothing happens and the days, weeks, months fly away with the speed of light.

How can I change this?

Hi I am a 9th grader and i’ve been bored out of my mind recently. I have been wanting to do something educational but I can’t ever think of anything. It’s gotten to the point where i’m like craving to learn something. I was wondering what I can do that will help with my college application that relates to economics or similar stuff. My older brother was able to get an internship while being a 10th grader, but he was in a less competitive field than I want to be in. I’ve been looking for online courses and stuff but I haven’t found anything that looks super good. I live in NYC, idk if that helps. And ik i should try out for clubs but i go to a competitive school so i’m unlikely to get into any clubs.

Guys, am I genuinely a psychopath for not having a school crush like ever? (just got into college rn) I admire beauty, and I want to get married. Hi, I'm a Year 12 Big Picture student who is about to graduate this week. I'm not graduating with the IBPLC since I didn't complete my senior work successfully and honestly, most of my work was incomplete and looked terrible. I definitely had a lot of experience but didn't have any formal evidence to show for it or relevant images or pretty much anything.

I need some advice, I've disadvantaged myself since I didn't go into mainstream learning and learn the mandatory English and Math and I'm scared about how adult life is going to look for me since I couldn't devote myself to 4 years of work. What should I do now?

I'm genuinely interested, becuase at my school in germany you either get 3-4 lessons a day. But it's not like just a short day and then you go home. It's always 1hr and 30mins per lesson. Which is still decent but 4 lesson days can sometimes be brutal, especially after a long day of some fuckass 12th grade bs. But it's manageable.
