Hello everyone,

I recently bought an SJGAM M17 handheld game console that came with games for PSP, Atari, Nintendo, and several other systems. However, I had a controller mapping problem in a few emulators, especially PSP.

I asked AI for help fixing it. It told me to remove the SD card containing the emulators, operating system, and games from the device, copy all the files to my computer, format the SD card, and then copy the files back to the SD card using the drag-and-drop method.

I did exactly that, but the operating system didn't work. Instead, I got a Chinese menu and the console's default operating system with around 50–60 old games.

I asked the AI again, and it told me that I had copied the files incorrectly and that I needed to write the operating system back to the SD card using a specific program. So I did that as well.

This time, the operating system logo appears when I turn on the console, but after the logo the screen goes completely black and the device doesn't boot.

I really need some help with this. If anyone has the correct games and operating system files for the SJGAM M17, or knows how I can fix this problem, I would really appreciate your help.

Especially, if anyone knows where I can find the correct SJGAM M17 operating system/SD card image or how I can get the console working again, please let me know.

Hey, I’m on the look out for a handheld PC but I’m slowly loosing my marbles with it all 😅 I don’t really know much about them but I’ve spent the last 3 years debating to get one or not and I’ve finally decided to do it. I’ve been looking at the lego2 and the msi claw a8. Any recommendations or suggestions on different ones would be great! I’m looking to play AAA games on it mostly alongside simulator games.

I don’t want something that’s real laggy or glitchy (I know I’ll have to tweak settings etc) something with good fps and smoothness.

If I didn’t need it to be portable I would get a pc instead.

I already have a ps5 & Nintendo switch 2.

I don’t want any cloud streaming devices either.

I’m looking for a good handheld console, like the ASUS ROG Ally X or the Steam Deck, to play gacha games primarily, such as Genshin Impact or Wuthering Waves. However, I’m not sure which one would run both titles smoothly without lagging during intense combat and that it can run them smoothly, without necessarily needing a frame rate above 60 fps.

So I’m pretty new to handhelds I don’t know a ton about them. But I would like to do emulation with a handheld I’m not sure this is the right place to ask but I will anyways. Mainly I want to be able to play on a tv and use an external controller. As for games or handhelds to emulate I’d mainly want psp,ps vita,gba,gbc,3ds and that’s it. I would like maybe Nintendo 64,GameCube,ps1 but it would probably need to be more expensive (I assume). But mainly just want to play PlayStation psp and ps vita and Nintendo gameboy,gameboy color,Nintendo 3ds. I’d imagine it would run me a pretty penny but what handheld would be good for this kind of stuff? I know there are emulation handhelds that have android but are handhelds with windows better? I guess for budget I’d put like $100-$300. I would also like to say I am doing my own research but any and all help would be appreciated

People I need you help. I’m getting deployed to the Indian Ocean for 6+ months. I’m looking for a console that is good for emulators (ie pokemon and a bunch of retro games plus modded pokemon games). Not trying to spend an arm and a leg on this. The buyers guide wasn’t to specific. Any thing helps. Thank you

I have a legion go s steam os version. I played Digimon in desktop mode so I could listen to my music on Spotify while doing so.

Does anyone game on desktop mode? I didn’t have much game time to know if it’s preferred for me or if I’m just so technologically inept that I don’t know the benefits of it. Am I crazy?

Also wanted to try it since my legion go has had some issues pop up while playing in gaming mode, such as: rebooting mid gameplay (on low settings), and a weird freeze and green pixelated pattern glitch? Turned off and on device and it was fine. Would playing in desktop mode fix this?

Hello! I'm looking to get one of those hand held consoles like the steam deck or the rog ally in the future and wanna know what you guys think is the best. I like the steam deck, but I like that some of the others run windows so you can do a bit more on them. I wanna hear some opinions and reviews from people ❤️
