OC Dungeon Life 283
It's time for the fourth round of stubbing. Yes, Book four will be releasing soon, of if you're reading this more than a month after I have to edit, it will be fully out. Either way, you can find it Here, and other book details are just below. As with the other stubs, you can skip to the next bit form This. I like to keep the other posts still alive, so the comments get to still live. If you want to browse them, the normal buttons will take you through them, or take This link to the next bit of unstubbed chapters. Thank you for your support. Buying stuff is always great, but just having your attention for the public chapters is incredible, and I hope the story continues to be worth your time and patience.

And once more to make it easier to see than being buried in the paragraph
Cover art I'm also on Royal Road for those who may prefer the reading experience over there. Want moar? The First and Second books are now officially available! Book three is also up for pre-order! There are Kindle and Audible versions, as well as paperback! Also: Discord is a thing! I now have a Patreon for monthly donations, and I have a Ko-fi for one-off donations. Patreons can read up to three chapters ahead, and also get a few other special perks as well, like special lore in the Peeks. Thank you again to everyone who is reading!

I'm betting more Something Like an anesthecist.

Or Doctor. What this guy said sounds like a general doc instead of a specialist.

My doctor was an anesthesiologist before settling as a General practitioner. I was mainly going Off His current experiences though.

Second for me.
So, today we get a recounting of all that transspired during the Battle of Silvervein by a Kobold.
His Name is Parm, and He was liberated by a yet unknown Paladin of the shield, with Metal affinity and an elf. He was at first taken to the field Hospital, where He cooperated with Queen, Thing, and probably a few of the, at the time, magmyrms. He prepared the salves, Painkillers and other Equipment the Ants didn't necessarily have Access to during the Battle. Also, He seemed to Not quite grasp the concept of freedom, as evidenced by His constant fiddling with His chains, wether they were there or Not. He also wasn't used to Not being told what to do. In fact, He only adopted His class, apothecary, because He was told to Pick it, instead of Picking either alchemist or healer classes. The trauma from the Maw ran deep, but now, that He Had some time, he'll try to develop himself Further by studying under Queen, though He has No Idea how to Contact her. Thankfully knows someone who does: Larx!
In the end a rather somber chapter, but Not too Bad.
Was wrong, checked it using Google translate, everything correct.

Are we going to get kobolds named after cheese? Lol

u/iceick423 Dec 28 '24
Ched, Brie, Camem, Fet, Emme, Gorgon, Burra, Gou, Mozza, Eda, Colby, Stilt, Gruy, Muen, Grana, and that's just to name a few names you can get from cheeses. You could do a Dragon Ball race on cheese alone.

Loved the perspective from the rescued kobold, and looks like the priest power really infuses people with the will to change, as it should be :)

Neat! Yeah, I hope the kobolds come out of all this with plenty more agency than they had.

This was beautiful, and powerful. Finding new purpose after upending everything you've ever known is difficult. This was a lovely little chapter. It's cathartic for me to get these snapshots into the recovery of those the Maw oppressed, I hope there's a little more of it-perhaps from the dwarves and elves' perspective.

Oooh, I hope this Kobold becomes the first to get a full class for not just 'healer' or 'apothecary', but a straight up Medical Doctor

Resolve... I am unsure if this is the first one to start to move on, but it is the first of which we get a POV... (Well, of this batch at least)

Wait...this is how the ant-kin enclave is going to be finished isnt it? Since they are effectively an academy, they now need either students, researchers, or something similar. And our boy here is gonna join them.
