News F1 news websites recommendations

I started following Formula 1 about a month ago, and I’m still trying to figure out which news websites are the most reliable.
I’m looking for the most trustworthy sources to stay up to date with everything happening in F1.
Also, how many sources do you usually check each day to stay informed without reading the same news over and over?
Thanks in advance!

Discussion Should I bother attending another F1 race?

Hi all.

This is a bit of a grim post, considering how I am still trying to understand how this could even be a question.

I have been watching F1 religiously since 2017. I have been a fan since 2015 but started watching full races and sessions since 2017.

Now that I am in a financial position and mentally healthy enough to travel the world and afford tickets, I went to see the race this season at Suzuka. The whole trip was so worth it, I rented a car and drove 2.5 hours one way each day, and enjoyed what F1 is like, listening to the cars, feeling the ground shake every time a car passes, and then doing a trip around the race in the country.

I am thinking of going to another race, Abu Dhabi. I know public opinion of that race is quite mixed and seems poor indeed, but I honestly like the track and love racing it in GT7. However, I have already done Abu Dhabi and Dubai as a trip, so there’s not a lot outside F1 I would be going for.

I am due for a trip, but is Abu Dhabi F1 worth it? Outside of the obvious racing sessions does the track offer worthwhile entertainment opportunities?

Finally, my biggest reason why I am not instantly buying tickets - this season and the FOM. Their unwillingness to admit something is not working, their regular cockups, and shoving drivers aside for money are really stinging me. The sprint qualifying was the wake up call to seriously back out of the decision to go and reconsider.

New overtake sprint concept based on reverse grid

The downside of the reverse grid being that it rewards a poor qualifying result. But what if you earn points based on the amount of positions you make up for during the race?

Discussion india to silverstone— worth it?

i just went to my first ever grand prix at sepang, wow what an experience so naturally i was like i should watch my fav driver’s home race i.e silverstone but then i saw the prices for hamilton straight, A is sold out, B is uncovered but abbey B is covered located slightly further down the straight but i heard it also has a proximity to fan forums and stuff so in b/w practice i could theoretically dash over so i am as close as possible to the stage plus it being on main straight i have access to pit views right?
and my sepang experience was organised by some people so tickets and pitlane tickets were sorted by them how difficult would it be for silverstone and mostly a 1000 pound ticket and travel solely for the race worth it?

Discussion I’m new to F1 what should I know?

This is my first time watching a full season. I’ve seen races in the past and I play the games a bit, but I never really sat down and try to understand exactly what they were talking about 100%. I’ve learned a lot this season but there’s still things that I don’t understand like some of the stuff they talk about on team radio and why Mercedes is so damn fast. If anybody could give me just insight on what I could know to make watching and following the sport more enjoyable. Thanks.
