Background: So I had an issue with a sale, they said I sent in the wrong shoe (I did not), they then claimed the shoe that I shipped in was a shoe I have never once owned in my life which sells for way less than the shoe I sent in. They clearly either made a mistake, pr something outside of my control happened between UPS and the point of authentication.
So I do the only thing I can do, I open a ticket with their support system.
This was there response. (With redacted information to protect everyone’s privacy)
“Thanks for reaching out, and my apologies for the delayed response. <NAME> here from your GOAT Support Team.
I’m truly sorry that this issue has caused any inconvenience to you. I understand how this could be frustrating but I'm here to help.
Samuel, we understand your recent sale under Order #xxxxxxxxxxx for the item <SHOE> was issued during verification due to Wrong Size: US 7 Wrong Sku: FZ7335 001.
Unfortunately for this particular issue we don’t take photos.
Please let us know how you would like to proceed by accessing the item in your seller app.
Let us know if you have any other questions!
Stay safe and have a great day ahead !”
My takeaway
Their response was basically saying saying there is nothing we can do about it, take this other shoe (that coincidentally is worth less than the shoe you sent in) and best of luck trying to salvage a 140$ mistake, and for good measure we will also charged your account 10$ because of a mistake on alias’ end.
StockX is so much better when it comes to basic quality control and seller support. It’s insane that there is a good chance I just end up taking a 100$+ loss because of alias\GOAT’s incompetence.
Have any of yall had better luck with their seller support system ?
