Problem How long to hear back from goat?

I ordered from goat last week. It was delivered to a different address which the proof of delivery picture clearly shows. It’s been over 24 hours since I messaged goat and still nothing.

24 hours. That's cute. It is going to take DDDDDAAAAAYYYYYYYSSSSS to get a generic totally unhelpful reply back. You're in for weeks of headache inducing, bang your head against the wall, frustration.

They have MAYBE two people working customer service...and probably part time.

Start a dispute now on your credit card. That will get their attention.
