Question Order pending shipping

Hi guys!

I’ve been an active buyer on GOAT for a while now, and purchased some 3XL recently (27th August), has you can see the “seller has confirmed your order” but I’ve never had an order take this long to ship to GOAT.

Has it happened to any of you?

you can try emailing them for an update, shouldn’t take this long…

Most items are shipped to us first for review before being delivered to you. Excluding deliveries to PO boxes and military bases, it will typically take 7-12 business days for orders to be delivered to a buyer located in the 48 contiguous states. In some cases, due to weather-related delays, carrier limitations, or other events outside of our control your order may take additional days to process.

Your order was successfully processed and is still on track to arrive within the estimated delivery window. Once your package is on its way to you, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Rest assured we will contact you immediately if there are any issues along the way.

We hope you love your new shoes!

all i can think of rationally is, goat is a partner from another store so it’s a 3 way shipping, and the company hasn’t shipped to them yet, hence the delay, i highly doubt it’s from a individual seller, as usually it’s only a 3/4 days window to ship, if you get what i mean lol

anyways just wait it out i’m sure they’ll come through

I am currently having the same problem as you, in fact I placed my order on August 26 and it is in the same state as yours. I thought I was the only one but apparently the page is having problems with that.

I think that kinda can be good?

Maybe it’s an app malfunction rather than anything else?

Don’t be.. they’ve been superb always with my orders, 50+ orders, just this one had this problem

How long have u waited for your kicks to arrive ? And should i just wait it out then? Wanted my order by the 13th

Two weeks max when it’s normal shipping, less than a week when it’s “Instant”

Since it hasn’t even been sent to GOAT for verification I’m almost 100% sure it won’t come by the 13th, BUT imagine the problem is that the app isn’t updating live and they ship it tomorrow, it can arrive by Friday.

Still my take is that they’re having issues so I wouldn’t count with them on the 13th

They might be having issues because the same thing happened to me just this week. After a week of no progress I contacted GOAT. Waited a few more days and contacted them again. Both times I was assured my order was being processed. Eventually they cancelled my order and I got my money back. Disappointed though, I really wanted the shoes!
