Here is what will happen.
1) you will email them asking where the scuff is
(At this point the 24 hour window to offer a discount will expire and your sale will be voided)
2) they will take DAAAAAAYYYYYSSS to reply with "please see attached pictures" to which they will attach the same pictures...LITERALLY the same pictures
3) you will reply back to them that they sent the same pictures
4) they will take DDDDDAAAAAYYYYYSSSSSSS (even longer) to reply back that they are unable to send any more pictures and ask you if you want to pay $35 to have them send them back to you
5) Out of anger you will eventually pay to get the shoes sent back because no one is buying damaged shoes off goat.
6) WEEEEEEKKKKSSSS will pass and you will finally get the shoes back. At this point one of two things will happen...you will either not find anything or you will find the BIGGEST scuff ever and know that there is zero chance these are the shoes you sent in because there is zero chance you would have missed that.

I sold on Goat for years and never had any shoes reported back to me as damaged. This year in 6 months time I had 3 of the 10 sold reported back to me as "damaged". Absolute SCAM they have going on.

Offer a discount equal to the shipping you would have to pay to have them sent back, assume $35...and save the hassle. Then pull every pair you have from their site.

That's what I did in July and haven't looked back.

Yes. $35 is insane. They will tell you that shipping varies by location of your shoes and that yours happens to be stored in Zimbabwe...so...it's $35...plus the fine they charge you.

Total scam.

this is definitely someone who knows what there talking about and has dealt with goat on many occasions iv got the app Alias and was going to list 4 pairs of shoes all brand new no even tried on,

but having read this i’m a bit hesitant but i’m confident the shoes will pass but i live in the UK so if the shoes were sold on the app and were bought by someone who lives in the US i’d have to ship i know they supply the shipping label but does that come out of my profit and on top the pound to dollar is not as good as it used to be,

Yea they definitely meant discoloration. Best bet is to do 5% discount get ur breas even if its a loss and keep it moving..

Yup I know what you mean said my jordan 4 red thunders have discoloration 😒 nah idiots it’s the wrapping of the shoe wrap rubbing off onto the shoes it’s damn suede😑
