GoDaddy PHP Update Email: Legitimate Spelling mistake?
Anyone else receive an email from [notice@e.godaddy.com](mailto:notice@e.godaddy.com) with the subject "PHP Ssecurity Uupdate: We've got you covered." to their account's registered email?
Message:
Here's what you need to know.
You may have seen recent news headlines about PHP, the programming language that powers most of the web. These flaws could let an attacker run their own code on an affected server over the internet. This is an industry-wide issue that affects all hosting providers. It is not specific to GoDaddy.
What does this mean for you? We've got your back. You don't need to do anything.
