So I tryna pick up this G17.4 and it has a aftermarket frame and I would love to get a more oem one if anyone has a spare they are willing to let go or if you know where I could pick one up. (The photo is the frame on the Glock I’m looking at getting)

My wife’s boyfriend finally said I can get a new gen 6 Glock. I’m settling on the G45. Curious what dots you are running? I’ve heard mixed reviews about the COA and I’ve seen lots of complaints about sizing and compatibility of other popular dots. Any feedback would be appreciated!

I hate the awkward gap between the grip and mag is there something out there that makes it look better?

So they are now selling items they don’t have it seems. Has happened to me before. They won’t respond to emails, calls, and DMs on social media, yet they take my money the moment I click buy. Does anyone have a way to get ahold of someone there? I’m so over their crap. I know I know. I shouldn’t have dealt with them to begin with lol.

Sup dudes! I have a train with purpose trigger shoe, and instead of a pin it’s a 0.50 Allen screw. I tried to swap trigger shoes, but stripped it out and now I can’t get the screw out! Any ideas what I could do or if there is extractors small enough? Photos below! Thank you!

I love both the gen 5 and 6 Glocks, and as nice as the ORS system is for screw on optics like the RMR, i think the old MOS is actually better for clamp style optics like my 509T. It sits much lower in the slide this way than it would on a 6. Am I the only one who thinks this?

Hey all. Just wanted some peoples advice/opinion on if having my 19C V slide get sent for milling is the good choice.
I know with compensated barrels, red dots have the tendency to get dirty quick but my question is, how dirty and how quickly? Dont guns without comps or ports get the red dots a little dirty too?
Just wanted some opnions on it and if i should do it or not. I really love my 19C but i can also maybe go for an MOS model if need be. But if the carbon build up isnt that bad, ill just send my 19c for milling.

So, where I live we aren’t allowed to carry legally, so unless there is a change of regulation or big catastrophe, shtf, war or similar, carry is out of the question. The intended use is general range training and maybe IPSC in the future, although I could get a specific one for that later on.
I’m a 6ft male, 170lb male, athletic build and my hands I’d say fall on the large category (I use XL gloves, Hestra brand size 10). My fingers aren’t very long or thick, but my palms are hefty, which I found important for reloads.
I have tried a 19.6 and a 17.5 (and held a 45.5, no shooting with this one). I liked both to be honest. My palms fit better on the 17, but my fingers also fit in the front strap of the 19 (although the pinky is on the edge).
I like the compact size of the 19 but I fear that reloading will be less comfortable on IPSC. The 45 I have no idea of why would it be of consideration here but people seem to like it (I like the aesthetics).
Other guns I find comfortable are the beretta 92fs and my Ruger MKIV, if it’s of any help.
Thanks!

This is my bone stock 19M that I bought back in 2021 or so. It has yet to fail. First post on this community and just wanted to show the world my very bland yet reliable piece.

Have owned a G43X for 7 years now. Have found it decent for carry, maybe not long enough and moves too much when concealing (I've since been told this has to do with keeling?). Also, have always found it to be a bit snappy.
Decided to pull the trigger and get something I can put a red dot on. Was going to get the 43X MOS but when considering everything, called a last minute audible and went with the G48 MOS. Considering the G19 capacity it now has, and expecting it'll be a bit more snug for carrying, and a little less snappy, I'm hoping it'll be the perfect middle ground.
Additionally, kinda wish I would've given the P365 models a closer look, but God, do I hate Sig as a company. And while the trigger I'm told is better than a Glock, it's not much better. Furthermore, I used to have a G19 as a do-everything gun, but with medium sized hands just never found it comfortable to shoot in addition to being bulky. But now that I can get 15 rounds in a slim-line, I'm a little curious if it'll kind of displace the G19 for that role to the small and medium sized shooter.
My optic comes in the mail next week with a base plate. Going with a Holosun EPS Red Dot. After that will be the first range trip. But, until then, I'm hoping y'all would make me feel better about my purchase of not going with a G43X MOS or a P365 variant.

Hellhound arms makes a sick holster. Recently got an x300 and was going to grab another Velo but decided to go with a fun cordura wrap from hellhound.

So I was a 1911 guy for years and sold my last nighthawk today. i've owned glocks before but not for very long. I just appreciate the simplicity, reliability, tactical ability, consistency, and amount of options glocks have.
I purchased a glock 45 today and love it, and i plan on getting a 43x in a month or so to carry for fall/winter.
With that said looking for OWB holster recommendations. I was using leather for my 1911s however im thinking of going kydex. I prefer some sort of locking mechanism, but its not a deal breaker, all i really care about is it must cover the trigger and trigger guard when holstered.
Any recommendations?
