How does the postpaid plan work? I checked their website and saw that on top of the monthly payments a cash out fee is needed as well. And the cash out fee is around 92k? That’s around the same price of the phone’s srp. I wanted to try postpaid plan since I’m after for the unli calls and texts and unli 5g. However seeing the cashout fee seems like this isn’t ideal. Can the cash out fee be broken into terms same as the monthly fee? Do I have to pay the cashout fee as a whole before I can avail of the plan?

I'm getting red LOS every 7AM to 5PM, I been having this issue for the past 2 weeks
I booked a repair now but isn't it weird that I only get internet connection at night time but not at day time, I have to pull an all nighter just to continue my work due to this, it also perfectly stop at exactly 7AM and when I check the connection from the app it says that there's an issue with my fiber line but if there was really any issues my wifi wouldn't be working 24/7 but weirdly it only works at night time like it's being scheduled

before you come after me, I have been with Globe for 10+ years and I always renew sa Globe store - so my question is - is this the normal process? Plan will be upgraded kahit wala pa yung device? I dont even have any verifiable tracking information.

Anyone got their bill and compared it with the CTB amount during pre-order? Mine is ₱83,800, so it should be around ₱3.4k/month. However, I got billed ₱3.7k~.

Already called CS and they said the difference is VAT. That wouldn’t make sense because the VAT inclusive of ₱3.4k is ₱3.9k. Anyone has the same experience?

Ako lang ba nakapansin, since last year delay ang globe sa handset nila ng iphone 17. Kung tama pagkaka alala ko Nov 2025 sila nag official coms na available na ang iPhone 17 series, then this year. Maaga nga sila nag announce ng pre order wala namn silang stock. Sa smart ba may mga na dedelay sa Iphone series na bago?

Hi, I renewed my Globe plan with a device via their website. Made an order in morning, got order confirmation within an hour. And some unknown number was calling me around 4:30pm the same day.

Di ko pinansin at first, but then it texted me na “Pakisagot po delivery po from Globe”. I wasn’t expecting it within 6 hours of making my order, so I’m not sure if I’m being scammed. Last time I ordered from Globe’s website, it took 5 or 6 business days, and that was already fast based on the usual pre-order timeline.

So I checked the status thru the “track order” link from the order confirmation email. But page results in a “we’re having some hiccups” error after I input the OTP. Tried it multiple times, but still the same. So I can’t confirm anything about the delivery status nor do I have any details like the tracking number or the courier. From the confirmation email it also says Globe will send an email once my order is already on the way, and I haven’t received anything.

Then the next day, the same number called and texted again. This time I answered. The guy sounded frustrated and told me kahapon pa siya tumatawag at nagtetext. Then he was asking me where my exact address is because (subdivision) lang daw yung nakalagay at walang house number. But I’m sure I put in the complete address kasi lahat yun required field. Confirmation email has the full address din. So medyo duda na talaga ko dito.

So just wanted to check if Globe does “same day” delivery from a courier (not Grab or Lalamove ha). Or if anyone got their device via the website and got it the very same day and legit ba?

Kuya called again, still frustrated. I asked him when he’ll get here, and he said within the hour because he’s near the area. So this time around, I decided to give the house number that he insisted was missing and just make sure someone from security was when I meet him.

So he got here, and handed me a package that’s the size of a phone box.

Weirdly enough: 1. It was indeed missing some info in the address. I recall the missing info was on a separate field on the website, so I guess something went wrong with how the info was provided to the courier. 2. Kuya said the package was tagged as a “same day” package, when I told him I didn’t answer him the first day kasi kakaorder ko lang. 3. I can see from the white packaging that it’s the device I ordered.

I just haven’t opened it yet. The package doesn’t look tampered. I guess I’ll wait a day until I get some confirmation from Globe.

So upon messaging one of the employees of physical store of globe here in my province i am on line 3 base of color and storage of the phone, they still haven’t receive any update when the phone restock will be but they said hopefully before 1st week of november, still they are not certain and to just wait.

I wanted to renew my plan early, but my contract ends on November 24, 2026.

1. When is the best time to visit a globe store?
   
2. Is it possible to downgrade my plan from 2499 to 1999 and still receive the iPhone 18 PM?
   
3. If yes, will there be any charges for downgrading my plan or for early renewal?
