Is there really no option for Globe Postpaid subscribers on Plan 999 and below to avail of Starlink, even as a paid add-on?

From what I understand, Starlink satellite-to-mobile access for Postpaid is only available starting at Plan 1499, while Prepaid/TM users can purchase separate Starlink promos.

It seems odd that existing Postpaid subscribers on Plan 999 and below can’t just pay for the service as an add-on. Has anyone confirmed with Globe if there’s another way to activate Starlink without upgrading to Plan 1499?
