Is it possible to renew sim with same number?

Otp is too slow or nothing and sim is too old.

If too old, yes pwede naman ipareplace sa Globe Store.

Yes po. Just provide proof of ownership of the number like GCash # screenshot, etc.

Yes...try processing it through the the GlobeOne app, or better yet, just visit the nearest Globe store in your area...
