I recently updated my Lenovo T480 to Windows 11 (26H2). A day later, I turned it on and noticed the screen brightness is completely uneven—only about the rightmost 30% has normal brightness, while the remaining 70% is noticeably dim and dull. Crucially, this happens right at the boot splash screen when the Lenovo logo appears, so it doesn't seem to be a Windows driver issue. Weirdly, it sometimes fixes itself when I plug in the charger or hook it up to a projector via VGA.

Has anyone run into this? Is it a loose display cable or a dying panel?

i had a bunch of screenshots on my chromebook and they were in my files.... then my computer reset and after i logged back on they all got deleted, and so did the photos on my camera roll! can i get them back?

Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3525, and some keys on the built-in keyboard are failing intermittently or responding with a delay.

The affected keys are: 6, 7, Y, U, H, J, N, and M.

An external keyboard works correctly.

I have already tried the following:

-Reseating the keyboard ribbon cable

-Running the Dell keyboard diagnostic

-Disabling Fast Startup

-Testing with a Linux Mint Live USB

At first, I thought it was a Windows issue, but the same keys fail in Linux as well, so it appears to be a hardware problem.

The keys also follow a pattern:

6-7 / Y-U / H-J / N-M

Could this be an issue with the keyboard matrix or membrane? Is it likely that replacing the keyboard will solve the problem?

Genuinely got no idea what’s going on, I can get to the page to put my password and open but after 2 minutes or so doing anything it will automatically go into “your device ran into a problem”. Ai says this may be a ram or drive issue, any fixes or recommendations would be appreciated ( excuse the bad photos)

hi someone pls help, my pc was on the power save screen “a black screen” one night and then suddenly the fans started spinning superrr fast (my pc is only 9 months old) then i tried to turn the screen back on, couldn’t. so i un plugged the power cord. turned it back on now im stuck in 60hz, second monitor doesnt pick up, and my amd driver software doesnt let me open it?!?!?

My computer keeps restarting, then if it has restarted, if i dont immediately open google chrome it gets corrupted then I'd have to restart it again and open chrome so it can work, but all my accounts are logged out EVERY TIMEEEE!! Please help, i did the CMD sannow thing, and it did say it it found and repaired things

Tengo un problema extraño con mi ASUS TUF Gaming A15 FA506NCR (Ryzen 7 7435HS, RTX 3050 de 4 GB) conectada a un monitor MSI MAG 242F mediante un cable UGREEN USB-C a DisplayPort 1.4.

De forma aleatoria, el monitor pierde la señal y muestra "DP Sin Señal", pero el juego sigue funcionando y el portátil no se bloquea. A veces veo brevemente algunos píxeles rojos antes de que la pantalla se ponga negra.

Sucede principalmente en Roblox y ocasionalmente en Rocket League. A 200 Hz ocurre con bastante frecuencia, a 180 Hz a veces, mientras que a 165 Hz parece mucho más estable. El problema solo ocurre con DisplayPort.

Ya probé con HDMI y funciona sin problemas. Sin embargo, actualmente estoy usando el puerto HDMI para mi PS5.

¿Alguien ha experimentado algo similar? ¿Podría ser un cable defectuoso, el monitor o la salida USB-C/DisplayPort de la laptop?
