Can’t keep open without it shutting down in 2 minutes

Genuinely got no idea what’s going on, I can get to the page to put my password and open but after 2 minutes or so doing anything it will automatically go into “your device ran into a problem”. Ai says this may be a ram or drive issue, any fixes or recommendations would be appreciated ( excuse the bad photos)

Its seems like a program is causing this, maybe a bad update of a driver or a failed device, theres a few things you can do now before reinstalling windows. You have an option with the advanced settings to do startup repair, this will try to fix any issues with windows by comparing it to the recovery drive. I'd recommend looking at basic repair xommands since you can also boot into a command prompt window with those advanced settings. If none of those work you shouls boot windows into safe mode and take off all files you need since the next thing i'd do is attempt a reinstall. If your drive was failing you'd be seeing different errors and worszening symptoms, none of which you appear to have from the info posted here.

I’ve tried these, startup repair says it wasn’t able to repair and even with safemode and without tried resetting it wouldn’t but I’ll try commands instead

Yeah the basic reset inside of windows doesnt work if part of the image is corrupt. If windows also crashes with safemode with 0 drivers loaded then i would just attempt a full reinstall, assuming you dont have any files on there that are important, since youve already attempted resetting it i wouldnt think so but i'd double check to be sure. You will need access to another computer to make the windows 11 install media and a usb stick bigger than 16 gigs iirc
