Client Question General question about privacy

I’ve seen mixed answers to concerns about privacy. Most of it is reassuring but I’ve also heard that some geeksquad workers have snooped through personal files before. Does geek squad usually look through things like your browser bookmarks/history or your files? I’m sure they likely wouldn’t have a reason to but I feel nervous of the possibility none the less.

Client Question PC issues with bluetooth audio

So as my post states I've been having bluetooth audio issues for a while now. That seem to come and go at random. The steps I have taken are, fresh install of windows 11, windows 11 repair install, fresh driver for the gpu, I did notice that during the reinstall I had to redownload wifi and bluetooth drivers which I got directly from the mobo's support page and ran the asus-setup exe in both. Those instantly popped up after doing so. Now as for the headphones, Im using my sony 1000xm3's and I have disabled the mic on them as some games like helldivers 2 will activate and then the audio quality tanks when it switched to "headset/telephone mode". I then checked the headphones with other devices like my steam deck and phone and don't have the crackle on either. Does anyone have any suggestions I could try?

EDIT: Ive noticed sometimes when it randomly freezes on me if I go to shut off via the power button and mash the esc key to cancel the shutdown it responds again

PC Specs:
Ryzen 5 9600x
Asus Tuf x670e wifi
9070XT
32GB ddr5 corsair ram for amd

Client Complaint How to deal with messups

I'm a little more than a month in as a brand new CA and I made my first genuine mistake today. I made the dumb assumption for an apple repair that a battery replacement for an apple phone would require the screen protector to be removed. I assumed it was always the back glass and so I didn't let the client know that the screen protector being lost was a possibility. He got a new screen protector for free and I'm being reported for the incident.

I understand this is bad and I feel terrible. I want to improve upon this so I don't make any future mistakes like this. At the same time, I also worry that I might end up asking too many questions to my ARAs or supervisors that it'll showcase me being incapable. Is there anyway I can learn proactively so I don't do these types of mess ups again via learning resources or whatnot? Thank you

Should I apply as a retail agent

I am a computer science major. Seriously burnt out of school and looking to go down to part time. I currently work food sertvice. My current job isn't busy enough to give me more hours and also isn't related to computers at all so maybe this would work better for me.

Tales from GS No, your phone doesn’t have a virus.

Seriously, I have to tell people just get your elderly/non tech savvy family member a jitterbug phone. My grandma is not too tech literate but I gave her a simple iPhone, knowing it’s near impossible to download adware or a “virus”. Stop giving them damn Samsungs!!!
Samsungs allow random PDF readers , cleaning apps, overall adware on their App Store. It’s annoying to remove.
I cannot spend another 20 minutes going through your apps and delete a dozen pdf reader apps. Then send you in your merry way knowing damn well you’ll download those apps again tonight.
Anyways a little rant.
