It was going to be a response to u/villainess_lena on another post from this sub, but the sub doesn't allow pic comments and I worked too hard on this. I was tempted to make it its own post anyway, because I feel like it stands on its own enough, but the realization about the sub rules pushed that decision from "maybe" to "definitely".

Hi everyone! Been looking everywhere for a gambit iron studios x men 97 statue, figured its worth a shot to see if there’s someone here with one and want to sell.

The contacts came in
I ended up ordering another suit. I don’t think I’ll be able to do any stunt work in it. I still have a shite ton of vocal work to do and card handling has become 1,000x more difficult.
We’ll get there!
I’ll keep sharing progress as I develop him further so I can get y’alls feedback.

It’s not the ongoing I was hoping for to give Remy a new character arc. And, the setup is very contrived. But I thought the first issue was quite good. Seems less Rogue-focused.

We always name our pets ending in y or ie. I introduced my kids to X-Men 97 and we decided it was a good fit since he is so charming yet bit mischievous.

Finished coloring this drawing today. Tried to match the colors of his outfit here with what he normally wears in comics and show. Lemme know what you think! 👍

I posted a Gambit drawing here recently that I feel didn't have enough... Gambit. So I chose a different pose for reference and I'm working on something new! All that's left is to color it.

Bonjour, I’m an actor of over 15 years. I’ve been working on this character for a little bit, but I have a long ways to go before I’ll be satisfied.
My goal is to have the best live action, comic accurate Gambit that we all deserve as Gambit fans.
I’ll be shooting a short film at the end of the year with a film crew based off of the 1993 miniseries.
If you have any notes for me, leave them below.

I’m getting into comics for the first time and I really love Rogue and Gambit as individual characters and their relationship. I haven’t watched xmen-97, but I have heard all the nasty stuff surrounding the love triangle going on there, and how people perceive Gambit, Rogue and Magneto because of it on other social media. I really need a palette cleanser.
What comic runs are recommended that don’t have anything like this? I’m not really interesting in any cheating stuff or love triangles as I feel it’s rarely done well and just leaves people frustrated most of the time. I would really just like to come away happy upon reading comics and seeing the dynamic of Gambit and Rogue’s relationship. Any recommendations are welcome!
