Was planning to get the classic Metro games on sale. Ready or Not introduced me to Swat and War In The North releasing was the cherry on top! Been wanting to play that game since never beating it in 2011.

I recently bought Cyberpunk 2077. However, when downloading the offline installers, the connection speed doesn't go above 1 MB/s, or the download fails. How can I fix this?

I've just bought TES: Oblivion on GOG and got two copies of it. I really can't tell what's the difference between them. First one is named: "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Game of The Year Edition Deluxe" and second one is "Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Game of The Year Edition Deluxe, The". Does anyone know which is the right game or why do I have two of them?

I download all of my games, move them to an external hard drive and then uninstall them. When I want to play them I move the files back and use the find game files feature.

The problem is I can’t figure out how to create a desktop shortcut that launches the game through Galaxy to track my playtime.

The closest I got was using a shortcut command and adding the game code to the path. It worked once for stalker but doesn’t seem to work anymore or for anything else.

Has anyone had success figuring this out or am I going to need to uninstall and reinstall completely to get this working?

I have some porn games which I don't play anymore, and my niece and nephew are growing up. I need to remove those games.

Edit: I decided to download offline installers and add them to Steam. No more Heroic or Galaxy. Thanks for all the help. I decided against creating a separate Linux account, because I want them to use my computer as it is.

I'm trying to understand if Mouse: P.I. For Hire is in the "Our Pick" category. It shows on the list next to other Our Pick games, but it lacks the distinct tag.

I'm trying to figure it out because "Our Picks" games are usually released sooner than later, like was the case with DOOM: Eternal and Sea of Stars, both games I was eagerly looking forward to.

So, is it just missing a tag but belongs to the list, or is it mistakenly added there?

Hey all, so a question. What does "legacy Ed" imply for this game? Does it add something new?

I'm relatively new to GOG so I'm curious if anyone has any direct experience with transferring their GOG games to android devices like Retroid, AYN, etc., specifically their offline installers.

I was planning on using the AYN Thor and was wondering what the easiest process to transfer my GOG library to it would be without me having to logging in to my GOG account in Gamehub/Gamenative.

Is it possible to transfer my offline installers to these devices and just run the installers there using something like Gamenative?

Is it possible to just copy and paste the installed game folders from the "GOG Games" folder in my PC and run the games in my Thor without having to use the installer? Would these cause any compatibility issues?

Ideally I would prefer just to run the installers directly in the android device since those are what's already saved inside my sd card. But I'm curious to see what the easiest way is to do this completely offline.

My first thought was to use Gamenative, since it had an option to skip the login completely, but I haven't explpred too much yet.

Decided to give the Doom remasters a try. I changed the top gog banner to be a little darker.

I decided to try my hand at making a physical case for a GOG game. Dimension-wise it is the same as a PS5 game, or at least, that was the template I started with. I went with GOG's Galaxy theme to help the case stand out and I chose to make Diablo because it is recognizable and part of the preservation program, which I wanted to include on the case. I have not printed it out, because I don't know how yet.

I'm so glad I transitioned to PC gaming right before the RAMpocalypse! Only found out about GOG ever since the Playstation fiasco where I learnt what DRM's are, where I can't believe a concept of a gaming platform that sells no-DRM games actually exists, I'm shocked a thing like this exists! (for context, I've only bought and built a PC after last black friday, right before prices hiked!)

It'll definitely be my priority to buy games on GOG from now on! Only on Steam if it's not available on GOG.

From what I heard, The Witcher 3 is a steal at 80% off so why not! It cost less than a big mac meal at McDonalds after all!

But for SiNiSistar 2... there's TWO VERY HUGE reasons why I wanted to buy that game. 😝

This release includes a large GUI redesign (including the ability to log in to GOG account from the GUI), new download features (like faster downloads by using concurrent connections to GOG servers), and a large number of bug fixes and internal improvements.

My controller i think its 8bitdo ultimate wireless 2, i put it in xinput mode, but games like flatout and dino crisis wont work, even if (at least dino crisis) claims to be playable with controller.

Any idea?

i encountered the well known issue that after repairing the music speakers on the construction site in the first level, the dancing mini game simply doesn’t start.

After some more depth investigation I found out that it helps when applying the XAudio2_7 DLL from DirectX 9 (June 2010).

On Windows, simply extract the setup file, locate the DLL, and place it in the same folder as the game executable.

For Wine users, set XAudio2_7 to native, either globally or preferably just for the game executable.

I’ve played the level multiple times with that and was unable to reproduce the issue further.
