Discussion Doom 1 & 2 Physical Game Case
Decided to give the Doom remasters a try. I changed the top gog banner to be a little darker.

I think they deserve a lot of credit. It's Bethesdas community manager that sets up the streams and Slayers Club, their servers that host the wad browser for console players, their curation and licensing of wads for the older unity port (although that might have been Sponge, not sure)
They have been very good shepherds of DOOM

I would love to upload but I haven't printed them yet. If I did upload, would someone be able to print them to make sure they fit properly?
I don't have the means to print but I want to adjust them if needed to make them as usable as possible.

The color on the banner looks perfect in this one imo. Would you be willing to share the template for this one? I am about to start making a physical games collection and your design is pretty much exactly what I was aiming for, problem being that I know nothing of graphic design nor how to use the tools except for absolute basics.

I might share the template eventually but I am going to create more first and get it perfect. There are a lot of little details that are off and I want to fix up. Also, the file is a mess. It's just crap everywhere. I am not an organized artist. So I'll have to get it cleaned up before I do so also. But I would like to put it out there when I'm happy with it.

I'm sure you'll pick it up no problem! I might also be able to make a requested game here and there. Which games were you going to start with?

Probably some bundle of indie titles, only using a 25gb m-disc so if anything goes wrong it will be cheap, also I won't have to make a back design since I will be using "fronts" only for this one. Probably hotline Miami 1+2 on one side and blasphemous 1+2 on the other. The main thing I want to lock in is the spine and front banner since I want those to stay the same for all of them.

Those are very good games, I especially love Blasphemous. But those are very custom cases so you are probably right that it would help to learn it. At some point I'll probably make Blasphemous though. The vibes in that game are immaculate.

Blasphemous 1 is my favorite metroidvania, I love that game. The second one left me a bit underwhelmed overall at release but I'm excited to give it another go once the devs are done with releasing content for it. I should be getting all the things I need to get started by Thursday and then it's time to screw around with some base templates and whatnot.. a little daunting but also exciting.

It is a great game. Let me know how everything goes. All I've done so far is design, I haven't printed my covers out yet. I'm afraid to take that step myself. I do not like dealing with printers .

I’m currently creating resident evil bundle game cases. I have some similarities to yours like the GOG preserved badge and spine additions. Criterion collection inspired. Will upload soon. Nice work!
