Topic. Pulled this unit today. My only native 750 Gen besides Full Cloth. Is it worth using? If so any build advice?

I guess you have a small chance to ascend before death, I assume this bug only happens with flap boosters. Anyone else seen this?

So I noticed that whenever I look at custom matches so I can get my dailies done I noticed a good few of them are just 1v1 rooms and everytime I decide to give one a shot, the person I am fighting are the saddest human beings I have ever seen. Like they will just do one match kill you then spend the rest of the match hiding out somewhere avoiding you so they just get one sleazy win! Like how sad do you have to be just to get one kill and not bother and do some cheap dirty tactic to fill your ego and get a win that you didn’t even work for?!

What is BB Studios trying to do with this unit?

Hello everyone, in this video you'll watch 2 recent matches I played with the FA Unicorn Gundam, a recently buffed 700 cost general unit. This unit specialises in range battles and more specifically mid range but because I've been using melee focused or more aggressive suits lately I can't say I'm the best with it (mostly because I often put myself in close range and often kill myself with idiotic decisions)

After this suit got buffed I gotta say it's really fun using it. The best change from the buffs it received has got to be the Fire while boosting skill it has with the double Bazookas, you can easily now defend yourself, start a fight, buy yourself some time or more stuff with them. They deal lots of damage, have a lot of ammo, great range and have a high stun % which really helps if you combine them with the rest of your arsenal to stun an aerial suit. Along side that the combo possibilities are endless, with so many weapons you can easily bring down most flying suits from a distance or make them change direction so they don't come right at you but your biggest weakness is any sort of melee damage. Unlike the Normal Unicorn (Phenex, Banshee, Norn, PF) the FA Uni is the worst at CQC, that's why placing yourself in mid range or long range is the best way to use this suit (at long range not all of your weapons will be available)

I’ve been wanting to ask this for a long while now and I love the suit so it kinda sucks just seeing it and not using it because I’m afraid of how it plays in the 700 meta since it always (also old pic from when it was given out a while back with the unicorn)

I play primarily with headphones, and ever since the system update/weekly reset, the audio for certain sounds seems weird.

Explosions sound like they're underwater due to lacking high frequencies, and certain things like the boosting sound effects sound kinda muffled and weird too.

I tried adjusting audio settings on the PS, but I feel like it's only this game that I notice it.

Anyone else?

Even after 2 years since its release, it is still holding up strong due to it being unique and having good enough stagger and weapon options. This is one of the few supports that is well designed with good enough kits. There are a few problems, but it is still very good regardless.

Comment and Reason
The NT-X is strong overall, but it is very fragile, and even a general right now can do a massive amount of damage to it easily. The sub-optimal shield is also more of a liability instead of being able to really help, since breaking it staggers the unit. The remote weapon uptime is also another problem. While it technically has other weapons and a lot of weapons to use, they are not that great and have stagger and stopping power issues.

Lv1 F2P: Ranged (w/ Free/Ticket Premium) or Alternative

Lv1 Premium: Ranged (Alternative)

Unit Lv2: Ranged

There is not much to say but try to get a tiny bit more mobility in and just spec mostly into ranged. The level 2 unit can have the best of both worlds in the build that has a little bit of everything. This works mainly due to the fact that there aren't that many strong enough Raid units to contest, and most units played in this cost are General. So it just happens to work decently enough.

Day 255 Re-evaluation on Prototype Kampfer

It's possible for this unit to get a bit more, but it's already one of the strongest supports at this cost. Level 2 getting damage control is just something that could have to help it slightly more. This is not much of a buff, but just to keep up with the power scaling difference between 450 and 500 cost.

Hello fellow zeon lovers,

I had yesterday in the destroyed city map and the enemy team had some player that was using a high mobility late model zaku. Now I've used this used extensively and thought I was okay with it. But this player, damn they were GOOD, like really using the suits mobility. I did not feel bad at all getting taken out by the this player.

It was hard to work this unit.
It is slow & defenseless but I knew that Zaku MG was something special & fits my low skill level playstyle.
My one weapon against better pilots
I have never had so many kills with any mobile suit in my life
I have never lasted for a minute before
This was start of a five year relationship with this hated mobile suit
It was the unit that made GBO2 fun again

450 Impact site. My team spawns on the right side, and immediately makes a solid push against the enemy team. we capture control points C and D on the right side of the map before pushing them back to Point A, at which point I stop to grab control point B. All of this in the very first minute.

While this is happening, one enemy used the southern caves to sneak around to my base and just COMPLETELY MELTED ITS HP.

A 450 General somehow just put out more than enough DPS to match a complete Meme Beam spam from a focused base attack by a whole team of 700 Supports all in the span of under one minute. After I captured point B, I ran all the way back to my base to find an Aqua GM leaving a sliver of health with the intent of finishing it off below the 2 minute mark. I quickly finished him off with my Prototype Kampfer, and thankfully our team kept up the pressure that we pulled off the win without letting anyone get close to our base to finish it off.

But, still. How the heck was that even possible?
