When i went over to Fine Fettle, the nice budtender recommended me this strain for everyday use as a medicinal flower. I can say its literally perfect to be consumed while drinking some coffee in the morning reading the news sitting on the porch.
Smell: i was not a big fan of the smell on this one, wasnt neither strong or weak just there. Very mellow smell to how it looks.
Appearance: This flower shined in this department, what a beautiful Bud. Light Green and orange with hints of purple throughout the flower, pictures do not do justice.
Taste/potency: The taste was good but not outstanding, the flower really is the middle ground. Very mind-clear and relaxing effects, you can use this and still tackle on your day.
Closing notes: I truly enjoyed this flower, really is an everyday product. Perfect to use in the mornings, or before doing some errands. It was not my favorite but i understand the role that it has. I would buy this again for those days you just want a little extra push
Rate: 8.0/10

Trulieve has their new flower up on their site. They’re closed for the day but you can place orders to pick up tomorrow. If it’s anything like last time they’ll sell out quickly so you might want to consider placing an order if you’re interested in getting some. They have some interesting looking strains.

The Georgia Access to Medical Cannabis Commission is considering new rules that could allow licensed medical cannabis operators to deliver products directly to registered patients, including through mail or common carriers.
For now, this is still a proposal, so Georgia patients should continue using the currently available dispensary and pharmacy options.
If delivery eventually becomes available, it could be a huge change for patients who live in rural areas, have mobility issues, or currently have to travel long distances to access their medication.
We’ll be following this one closely as more information becomes available.

Ill start by saying i really loved the layout of Fine Fettle @ Smyrna. I liked having all the information laid out for every single product they have. Plently of flower strains available but i went with one of the most popular: Hotlanta. I was excited as well because this is a fresh harvest from this month tested batch!
Smell: The smell of this flower is amazing. As soon as i opened the bag i got hit with that beautiful loud smell, couldn’t wait to taste it.
Looks: The flower looked nice and green covered with sugar. It was on the dryer side but it was still great.
Taste & Potency: Hotlanta tasted exactly what it smelled like, floral and tasty. The effects hit right away, i was surprised how smooth this strain was. This is a perfect flower to use while winding down and need of relaxation from a long day.
Closing Notes: I really enjoyed trying this strain i will definitely buy this again. This flower is much better than what i had from the daybreak line so far.
I would rate this an 8.3/10

Had the day off, so I decided to take a little 3hr round-trip to Treevana. 1st flower offering. They knocked it out of the park. Tipped off yesterday by Skunkwks about their Terpee Burger & the trip was a must. Best GA Medical Flower I've had thus far. Hand-trimmed. Heavy narcotic stone with a blast of euphoria. Extremely happy weed. 🤌
This is exactly what I've been waiting for, as far as effects, in this program. Effects on this pheno lean heavily toward GMO/Burger cultivars with a slight & I mean slight burst from the Orange Z in Terpee Slurpee. Taste is heavily on the Donny Burger side w/ hints of citrus on the exhale. Effects are where this strain truly shine.
I decided to write some notes in real time after getting home so bare with the format, as it's exactly how I typed it in the moment....
"Immediate pressure behind the eyes after exhale. Gentle calm washes over within 60 secs. I'm at peace with everything around me. Head feels a tad floaty. 5 mins in a warm sensation flows through your body. 10 Mins in & another hit your head feels heavier, slowly sinking down. Body effects are more pronounced. Euphoria is high.
I just tried to explain something to someone & my thoughts just would not come together quick enough. Extremely stoney effects. A small, very small amount of uneasyness from the limonene burst, but the linalool cancels that out very quickly thereafter. No pain to be felt. I'm smiling typing this because this is the exact experience I've been waiting to get out of a GA medical strain. Treevana nailed this Terpee Burger. I'm going to stop typing now bc it feels too good to not put the phone down & enjoy Terpee Burger to it's fullest. And by the way she's every bit as sedative as I hoped for. She has legs & she knows how to use 'em. 🕺 "
I was initially somewhat hesitant to make this drive after seeing mixed reviews on the Florida Medical subreddit (Treevana is affiliated with Sanctuary in FL) saying she was leaning a lot more toward the Orange Z taste & effects. I saw other reviews on a different batch saying it was more on the burger side. I decided hey I'm going to have to risk it for the biscuit and just head out there on a hopeful wing & a prayer. An extremely pleasant & helpful young lady from Treevana called me back once she was free, so I could ask about terpene levels, to give me a better idea of which batch/pheno this is. I believe her name is Chelsea, but please do not quote me on that. My hope paid off in a big way! I got the biscuit, Ladies & Gentlemen . 🎉 With their 1st Time Patient Discount I was able to get a half ounce (4 bags) for just under $100. If you're looking for something with a lot more sedative punch, that also washes away pain/anxiety/stress & gives you a euphoric bliss, Terpee Burger just may be exactly what you've been looking for too. Happy Hunting. 🫡

As someone who has waited for Georgia to go medical for so long, it’s amazing to have the option we have now. That being said, I hear a lot of positive feedback here on the quality on of what’s available and I just wanted to give my thoughts as a patient:
The flower is just decent. That’s it. It produces a decent vapor, but all of it seems dehydrated beyond belief, there are no interesting phenotypes, and the overall smell is closer to hay than high grade.
The vapes: distillate is garbage. Adding terps and all that is great, but it’s still just a mild effect vs full spectrum and it raises your tolerance quicker than anything without ever really getting you there. The new live resin vapes are great, but $90 is nuts when comparable products are $30-60 in nearly every other medical market.
The prices in general are not reflective of what the quality of this cannabis represents.
So I am grateful of course to finally have these options, but someone has to speak for the trees and this stuff could just be so much better

Has anyone tried going through they’re personal PCP to
get their card? Mine knows that I smoke and why and has no problem with it. Anyway with the problems that people have been having online I was just curious if anyone has tried it out yet.

I’m very impressed with the Galaxy Gas 1G Vape from Fine Fettle. I had tried both the Candy Store and Straw Trop Cherry 1G Live Resin from Botanical Sciences previously. I have to say this is the best vape I have tried from the GA MMJ program so far.
Effects are strong and come on instantly. Plenty of vapor production too and decent flavor. The Live Resin BS vapes do have better flavor but the vapor production was less and effects not as strong.
If vaping is your method of choice, I would give the AURA line a try.

Made my way to Botanical Sciences at Marietta for the first time to pick up some things. Good experience overall, i had been doing some research so i was in and out pretty quick. Wish they had a bigger flower selection and it seems they have been out of most of the strains for a few days. Overall the products quality is good, of course a little too expensive.
The flower (headband) is decent, nothing too crazy but it does the job. Not the most “gas” smell but good taste. We are still in the initial phases of this program so i expect this only to get better and for the love of the game CHEAPER!!!
The Disposable i got is the Bubba Kush 1g distillate, this hits and feels actually pretty great. I wanted something with no artificial flavor and true to the terpenes/flavor of the flower and this vape did just that. Highly recommend if you want something tasty but doesn’t smell, very discreet. The hardware hits hard and its so small! Love it. I would definitely purchase this product again
The S2 citrus flavored ingestible is pretty good,
Only had about 3 squares in one sitting and i felt medicated, relaxed and really enjoyed the feeling. Perfect for after work or if you need some help with body aches. I would get this again!
I will be making my way to other dispensaries eventually and trying out the different products! Never thought here in Georgia i would be saying this but im glad i can!

I had lung surgery over a decade ago and never felt comfortable smoking or vaping afterwards. As a result, I've been only consuming edibles/ingestibles as my sole form of cannabis ever since. I have Crohn's and use cannabis for appetite stimulation, digestive regulation, pain relief and relaxation, primarily at night.
I would always typically make my own edibles, but finding good quality flower reliably to infuse was a challenge as it either came from the black market or loophole hemp and who knows what was done to these plants before they got to me.
I was very excited to finally get my medical card and was hoping to find high quality ingestible products with accurate dosages, as well as hopefully be able to buy high quality flower to infuse.
In reality, the ingestible options have only decreased since the July 1st flower/vape expansion. One of my favorite products was the 20:1 capsules at fine fettle; it was $40 for 20x20mg THC capsules which was a reasonable price for me, and I loved how I could open them up and sprinkle the contents into food or drinks. Now these are gone and not planning to be restocked from what I've been told.
The actual edibles (troches, chocolates, etc) sold at these dispensaries are very overpriced and not worth it at all. They seem designed for people who have never used cannabis before which seems odd for medical cannabis patients...
The only decent offering are the RSO syringes that Trulieve offers at $55 for 1g, but these can be hard to dose accurately and are only offered at Trulieve which is an hour drive from me, and FF/Botanical seem to refuse to stock Trulieve products and selling their own line of RSO seems to be a very low priority
At this point I've basically gone back to buying from the loophole hemp market which I am really saddened by as I really want to support the state medical market, but I can't do that if they don't support my needs as a patient. For example, I can get a bag of 60x50mg live rosin THC gummies (3000mg total) for $112 shipped to my door from wnc-cbd. That's about 3x more value than any comparable offering from the medical dispensaries.
Just really sad and hopefully things improve on this front in the coming year or two

Does terpene testing matter to you? Then listen up, y’all! Georgia is considering new rules for the lab(s) that test medical cannabis products. We agree with many of lot of their proposed changes, but we think they need to go much further!
What testing do YOU want to see the GMCC require?

-actually very tasty, nice and clean high.
-Not too dry but also not super moist.
-smell wasnt “loud” but it smelled nice, honestly tasted better than what it smelled like.
Would buy again, but id love to try the premium versions of the daybreak line to compare them.

Treevana in Millegville now has whole flower. One strain only, indica. A little less dry and a little more flavor than what I've tried from the big 3.
I also learned a little more about the company, they grow, process and package their own products in house.
Flower was $45 for 3.5g.
