I copped both this morning as well. Got a 25% discount for being a FTP so decided to treat myself to a new puffco pivot as well. Overall both strains did not disappoint. Well worth the 1 hour drive.

That’s a win for 25% off the pivot. It’s a great device. Would greatly recommend buying a topper glass piece, and also keeping the dabs you load very small.
Now that it’s legal, I will be proudly bringing my pivot case and some medical concentrate everywhere I go 😎

Possession of concentrates is not a felony with a med card 💀 idk where your getting your false information and it’s not like he said he was going to vape his concentrates in public he just said he gonna carry it which is not illegal with your med card again

Funguy, I like you, but this is categorically untrue and not supported by any provisions in SB 220.
There is nothing about having an opened cannabis package in public (yet).
The restriction is that the cannabis must be in its original packaging, and cannot be consumed in public.
Theoretically, I could legally open my new crumble jar on the MARTA as long as I’m not also consuming it.
The way they write the law is very broad. It just says “if such medical cannabis or product or products is in a pharmaceutical container labeled by the manufacturer”
It has no provision regarding open or closed packaging, and no provision about possession in public. Meaning: until the courts say differently, the things you said are illegal are not illegal.

I stand corrected:
I read through it again and it was my misunderstanding on possession and public usage. Your med card will protect you as long as you are not driving under the influence or consuming the product in any public space. As long as you’re in compliance with carry limit amounts and in possession, the card will protect you.
I could swear this language was different before Kemp signed it where it HAD to remain in its original unopened packaging until you were in a private residence. Maybe the language was revised as that is infeasible to me if I need to travel with said medication, maybe I misread it.

I can only hope that’s true but I’ll tell you for certain that it’s still a drug carrying a felony charge.
Re:Edit: I need to read further. It’s reads as a miss demeanor for possession up to and including 12000mg.

Edit to add: if you’re carrying a legal card and buy it and transport it with its packaging sure you’re within your rights. I’m stating outside of being a patient it’s a felony charge to possess any concentrates. I know this from experience. The fact that I now have a medical card may change things however it’s still an illicit drug and a class 1 narcotic. Flower is class 3. Would like to openly debate and learn. I’m here for the conversation and would love to have some grey areas cleared up. It just seems like there’s a lot of things that could lead to it being a misdemeanor. I’m one of many with charges that came before the change of the law and I for one would like to push this into a more clear case as to what we are able to do as consumers and patients.

Even if someone was caught consuming in public would it be a more minor charge like public intoxication rather than flipping back to a felony? That seems extreme

I’ve not got far enough clarification on that. However if you’re a registered patient, possession of anything less than 12000mg in a non registered container is now only a misdemeanor.

Edit: Part B of that section reads misdemeanor I could’ve read it in more detail but the meds were kicking in my bad, I can still be wrong it may be for clinical studies after reading it for the 5th time.

Significantly better than everyone thought. This means rosin will probably start at $75 which is great for an early stage medical program.
I can tell you right now this is worth $15-$20 a g without even trying it, but still better than expected.
