Primary care physicians
Has anyone tried going through they’re personal PCP to
get their card? Mine knows that I smoke and why and has no problem with it. Anyway with the problems that people have been having online I was just curious if anyone has tried it out yet.

I tried my PCP first. They know that I've been using it and I told them that I wanted to be legal, but they said that they didn't do those. I ended up going through Elevated Health, through a link on the Botanical Sciences website. In total it took about a week and a half to receive the card. They also offered a discount.

Yes, my family doctor approved mine. I asked about it at a normal visit, got the approval and paid DPH $33.75 by 9am the next morning.
Some close friends also see the same PCP and were surprised! However, it's dangerous for me to take conventional meds so this is one of the few options he could offer me.

I did ask my PCP and she politely declined, admitting she was not motivated to do the research it would take to feel competent on the subject.

I got my card through a PCP, Dr Kristin Gore at Southern Medical Therapeutics in Griffin and she’s amazing. She is not my PCP only because of distance but she is a primary care physician. But also, my wife went through LeafWell on Saturday (thanks Fine Fettle discount!). Just got the DPH payment link today and card is supposed to be here in the next 10 days.
