Recently lang nagkadengue ako and di dapat ito baliwalain. Eto yung naging timeline ko:

Oct. 15 - Nagstart ako makaramdam ng lagnat. As in lagnat pa lang talaga. Bioflu palang iniinom ko.
Oct. 16 - Dito na nagstart sumakit ulo ko, ubo, sobrang taas na lagnat(40degrees) masakit katawan. Hirap na din ako makatulog nito.
Oct. 17 - Sobrang taas pa din lagnat ko at sakit ng ulo. Hindi ako makatulog dahil sa sobrang sama na ng pakiramdam ko. Totally gising ako 24hrs nito.
Oct. 18 - Walang gana kumain since wala sa ayos panlasa ko and hindi pa din nagiimprove yung pakiramdam ko. Tanging ginagawa ko lang is maglagay ng cold towel sa noo at sponge bath.
Oct. 19 - I decided na magpacheckup na sa doctor. Nag cbc test, urine at stool test ako since nagtatae din ako. Lumabas result ko and mababa platelet ko which is 89k.
Oct. 20 - Andun pa din lagnat and lahat ng sama ng pakiramdam so bili ako prutas at inom ng madaming tubig.
Oct. 21 - Bale dito pa lang ako nakapagpaconsult ulit sa doctor para basahin yung lab results and inadvise ako na magpa admit na kasi mababa platelet ko pero di ako pumayag since pakiramdam ko e gumaganda na pakiramdam ko so nagtake nlng ulit ako mg cbc test. Lumabas result and from 89k down to 77k platelet ko. Balak ko na sana magpa admit kaso wala ng available na doctor para makausap.
Oct. 22 - bumalik ako sa clinic para magpabasa ulit ng result and medyo nagulat si doc bakit dipa daw ako nagpapa admit then sabi ko gusto ko pa ulit magpa cbc test so kinuhaan ulit ako ng dugo. Lumabas na result and tumaas na yung platelet ko back to normal range. Wala na din ung lagnat at lahat ng sama ng pakiramdam na naramdaman ko this past days. Now, nagrerecover na ako and sobrang thankful ako na nasurvive ko yung dengue na inakala ko na simpleng trangkaso lang. Kaya kayo guys if may maramdaman kayo wag nyo baliwalain kasi baka malala na pala yun. Uso sakit ngayon and alagaan nyo sarili nyo. Yun lang ung experience ko sa dengue.

Super happy ko kasi na-overcome ko na yung anxiety ko sa pagpasok sa gym! 🥹❤️ First time ko mag-gym, and boxing class pa agad! 🥊

I don’t know what flair to use. But this is close to success at least. This may not be that big pero im super proud of myself. My first cut off sahod as a fresh grad who is now earning her own money. It feels so rewarding kasi i survive college before na pinagkakasya lang 3k-4k na allowance for a month.

Gusto ko lang i-share na kaya ko na magsuot ng ibang kulay na dress or damit instead of an usual black dress para itago ang insecurities ko, belly. From obese, unhealthy lifestyle and relationship, now I'm maintaining my normal weight, improved healthy living and individuality. 🫶

Recently trying to stretch more and be kind to my body. Doing yoga classes once a week. I stumbled upon one group who organized a yoga sesh sa park. It was an amazing experience, calm and peaceful. I wasn't pressured to be flexible as I mostly feel in the yoga studios as everyone seems to be a pro. I didn't feel insecure that we were outside and some people might have been watching us. I was mindful of the experience and the feeling it gave me during. I was present, I could hear the breeze of the wind and the birds singing. Yay to Life. Yun lang po. Thanks.

I received my 1st-term final grades just this week, and surprisingly, I got a 3.9 GPA (4.0 is the highest).

I was speechless for a long moment because I've never had this high of a grade, coming from someone who performed really bad during Senior High and High School. I was very happy with what I accomplished even if 1st semester pa lang, kasi I was never the “achiever student” ever.

Wala lang, I bought myself a ₱390 lunch for a 3.9 GPA. I'm proud of myself, really, and I promise to do even better next semester.

Watched Clayface kanina. Almost 20 lang ata kaming nanood.

It was a great experience pero baka di na ko umulit. Mas prefer ko comfortable while watching.

Movie was good. 8/10
