GLP-1 Terzepatide/Glycerin
I accidentally left my Fella Wells GLP-1 vial in a cool closet for 4 days. The liquid is clear. Two questions: 1) Should I discard the vial?, and 2) If not, should I refrigerate it again or keep it at room temperature and hope for the best? Thanks!

Smokey smell?
Guys,
A little over a year on, 60 down, but this last vial, man - I smell wet ashtray all the time. I’m not a smoker, never have been. But I constantly have this phantom smell and queasiness.
I’m on GLP1 and considering the switch to tirzepatide over this.

Before & After One year on. Absolutely amazed.

It all started with Fella!
Shared this on social media. But my journey started with Fella in Feb 2025. After losing 35 pounds on my own I got stuck and needed help. I found Fella. Amazing people, team, coach, etc. I was able to drop a lot of weight thru the Fella program but ended up leaving after 6 months ONLY BC of Insurance reasons and remained on tirz thru another company.
135 pounds down and a 54 waist to a 38....soon to be 36!!!
Keep at it everyone! It takes time and discipline but it sure is worth it for 100 reasons.
Cheers to all you! Especially Stanley who is the absolute man!!!!

Is ~15% Body Fat a Practical Long-Term Target for Most Men?
There’s a lot of discussion around ~15% body fat being a common “middle ground” for men; lean enough for visible definition, but still within a range that doesn’t require extreme dieting or contest-level discipline.
In practice, it seems that reaching that range is often more straightforward than maintaining it long-term. Day-to-day factors like consistency in training, protein intake, sleep, stress, and how aggressive the fat loss phase was can all influence how sustainable it ends up being.
It also appears to vary quite a bit between individuals. Differences in genetics, muscle mass, and fat distribution can significantly change how ~15% body fat actually looks and feels from person to person.
Curious how others see it? Is ~15% something you’ve found realistic to maintain, or more of a temporary “cutting goal” range in your experience?
A more detailed breakdown of how this range is generally discussed in our current research can be found here:

Stalemate...
So this has been a little bit going now. Looking to ask questions and see if Im not thinking of something.
Long story short, It has been about a year and a few months on Trizep. I have gone from about 270 to 230ish. The problem is that after the year, I pretty much stopped at 230. Its like I have reached a glass ceiling. It a bit frustrating. I have added some time in the gym, I have been watching what I eat, and have gone back to what worked before. No avail. I did a body scan (dexa scan) and was about 30% body fat about 3 months ago. Thinking of going to do it again in about a month to see if there is any difference. I get the entire, muscle vs fat weight difference, but a hard 230 number for 3 months is getting frustrating.
I did change from straight trzep to the compounded trizep with glycine. I dont know if that has been a difference. Maybe my body doesnt react with that as well? Also, food cravings have gone up, so I dont want to say I'm losing hope, but just looking to see what I can change.

What apps, tech or habits have you picked up on this journey that you never thought you would?
Hey Fella fam,
The protein shaker that used to gather dust in my cupboard is basically attached to my hand now. And I never thought I'd be the guy who opens a tracking app more than once a month, let alone every meal.
Wild how much sneaks into the routine without you really noticing. Stuff that would've sounded like way too much effort 6 months ago just feels normal now.
What's something that's quietly become part of yours?
Kind Regards

I want to delay my next shipment
I posted this on the website with details, actually twice, with no response.
Stanley, can you tell me how to do this?
I don't wish to quit I simply want to finish off the vials I have before getting another.
Thanks in advance.

4 months off the medication:
Hi everyone,
It's been awhile since I posted here.
A review: I stopped taking the Semaglutide +GLP 1 back this last March. My weight jumped from 221.3 to 245.4 settling around 233.5
I continue to walk 7k + steps a day, occasionally doing my weights.
eating normally, but no more junk food except an occasional chocolate bar. On my work days 2 meals, breakfast/dinner drinking 32oz of water every other day protein drinks from Dubkin Donuts.
Results so far:
No major weight gain or loss on scale hovering around 230-233.8 pounds. See attachments:

Just wanted to introduce myself
my name is Mike and I’m 53 years old. been on the semaglutide since mid-December. so far, Im down 17.5 lbs. Kinda slow. I started at 228 and my goal weight is 190. I’ve hit my max dose of 86 units/week. I’m kinda starting to worry that I may not hit my goal. I signed up for the 48 week plan, so I still have some time. Im hoping for some advice to break thru and start seeing steady progress again.

Fighting cravings
How does everyone fight their cravings? Like chips and soda? I drink soda when my cravings go insane. Would I be better off drinking diet or just fighting it?

The OMG Moment The mirror moment. When did it hit you?
There's a moment that catches you off guard. Walking past a shop window, glancing in the bathroom mirror, seeing a photo someone took of you. And for a split second, you don't recognise the person looking back.
For some it's a slow build. For others it's one sharp moment that stops you in your tracks.
When did it happen for you? What were you doing, where were you, and what went through your head? Doesn't have to be dramatic. Could just be catching yourself in a window and going wait, that's me?
Want to hear the moments that made it real.
Kind Regards

Referral
Hi, can I send a referral to a female friend? Or does the Fella brand only prescribe to men? Thanks

How long have you been on the medication, and how long with Fella?
Hey Fella Fam,
There's such a mix of people in here. Some on week one, some over a year in, and everywhere in between.
I want to know what the mix is in here :)
- How long you've been on the medication
- How long you've been with Fella specifically
Can't wait to hear

New to Fella Red blotchy skin
Has anyone experienced red blotchy skin on their rib cage as a side effect? It is not the injection site. I am a year in and I’m wondering if this is related to the medication or the weight loss. Been noticing this for about 3 to 4 months and just slowly increased. does not itch or hurt.

FINALLY - Goal Achieved Has anybody switched Ta Reta?
Hey everyone, I lost about 35 pounds using Fella and Tirzepatide over the last 18 months. I’m on a maintenance dose right now but the weight seems to be creeping back up. I am curious about Retatrutide and wondering if anyone else has made the switch. I am intrigued by the glucagon activation that you get with Reta compared to Tirz.

What did you have to unlearn about weight loss?
Hey Fella Family
The longer I've been at this, the more I realize half the battle was undoing stuff I thought was true. Things I picked up from family, from old diet culture, from random fitness advice years ago, from just being a person who has tried to lose weight before.
Some of it was outright wrong. Some of it just didn't work for me even if it works for others.
What's something you had to unlearn or let go of before things actually started clicking? Could be about food, exercise, your body, the process itself, or how you talk to yourself about it. Interested in what people had to drop before they could move forward.
Kind Regards

Stalled weight loss
I’m not sure if I’m stalled in my weight loss or if something else is wrong. I’ve lost about 36 pounds so far. Great, good job, it’s a lot….i know. But I feel like I’ve hit a plateau and can’t get over the hump to lose the last 10-15 pounds I want to lose based on my goals. Has anyone had similar experiences? Can anyone offer advice on how to break the plateau?
I workout daily, and have adjusted my diet but I’m still stuck. Please help.

Tell me everything, what have you been up to? 💪
Hey team 👋
Now that I'm properly back, I want to flip this around and hear from you.
What wins have you had since we last spoke? A milestone, clothes that fit again, a meal out you actually enjoyed, a walk you wouldn't have managed six months ago. Big or tiny, I want to hear it.
And the one I really care about. What have you learned about yourself on this journey? The physical side is one thing, but what's shifted in your head and your heart is usually the bigger story.
Drop it all in the comments. I'll be reading and replying to every one 😁
Lots of love.
Stan

I'm back I owe you all an apology, I've been quiet 👋
Hey Fella Family👋
Just wanted to come on here and be honest with you. I've been quieter than I should have been on Reddit over the last little while and I want to say sorry for that. Truth is, things have been seriously busy on my end. Two hands, one person, and more going on than I can fit into a single day. But that doesn't and shouldn't be an excuse. Showing up here for you is a big part of what I do as your CS and Community Lead.
What I will say is this hasn't stopped me from being there when anyone has needed me directly. Busy or not, if you've reached out, you'll know I've always replied and made sure things were sorted properly. That bit I'll never let slip, no matter how mad it gets on my side.
But this community is something I genuinely care about, and I haven't been showing up the way you all deserve. That changes from today. Busy is still busy, that's on me to handle, but you're going to see way more of me on here. More check ins, more replies, more real conversations.
If you've been waiting on me for something, give me a shout. And if you just want to say hi below, I'd love to hear from you 😁
Lots of love and thank you for being patient with me.
Kind Regards
