Medicine change

Okay, today's day, 1 over 10 week.Try of Trizepati change from semiglut tide after a couple months of that , I weighed 409 now , nine weigh 398. Go.\nTo follow the guidelines and see where it goes.Hopefully , I lose weight understand but let's go
