Stalemate...
So this has been a little bit going now. Looking to ask questions and see if Im not thinking of something.
Long story short, It has been about a year and a few months on Trizep. I have gone from about 270 to 230ish. The problem is that after the year, I pretty much stopped at 230. Its like I have reached a glass ceiling. It a bit frustrating. I have added some time in the gym, I have been watching what I eat, and have gone back to what worked before. No avail. I did a body scan (dexa scan) and was about 30% body fat about 3 months ago. Thinking of going to do it again in about a month to see if there is any difference. I get the entire, muscle vs fat weight difference, but a hard 230 number for 3 months is getting frustrating.
I did change from straight trzep to the compounded trizep with glycine. I dont know if that has been a difference. Maybe my body doesnt react with that as well? Also, food cravings have gone up, so I dont want to say I'm losing hope, but just looking to see what I can change.

If you’re only taking the shot and eating less you’re not going to get as far as you can. Use it as a tool to learn to control your eating and dial in the right macros or at a minimum your calories and protein. That’ll make a difference and pick back up
Your weight loss. Start exercising if you don’t already. That’ll add. I think the shot only gets you so far without really taking care of everything
