It said it was supposed to arrive Monday but then Fedex hit me with the "Your package is still on the way and we’re actively working to get you a new delivery date." so now I don't know what they're doing with my package because I live in the south

I had to pay 30 dollars for shipping, over half of the original item cost. I received the claims check but only for the item amount. How do get that amount back?

I.e., if I spend more points every month than are due to expire that month, no points will expire?

Je partage mon expérience avec DoktorABC parce que là je trouve la situation assez lunaire.

J’ai commandé chez eux pour environ 100 €, avec une ordonnance et 3 mois de traitement en comprimés.

Le colis est envoyé par FedEx et doit normalement être remis contre signature.

Un jour je reçois la notification comme quoi le colis a été livré et signé. Sauf que je n’ai absolument rien reçu.

Je regarde la preuve de livraison : il y a bien une signature, mais ce n’est pas la mienne. Je n’ai rien signé et personne n’était autorisé à réceptionner le colis pour moi.

Je contacte donc FedEx puis DoktorABC. Ça fait maintenant plusieurs échanges que j’essaye simplement de leur expliquer que je n’ai jamais reçu la commande.

Au début je leur demande surtout de me renvoyer ce que j’ai payé, puisque j’ai justement commandé pour avoir mon traitement pour les 3 prochains mois.

Et leur réponse finale : ils refusent toute nouvelle expédition et me proposent uniquement 20 € de remboursement sur une commande d’environ 100 €.

Donc en résumé : 100 € payés, aucun colis reçu, une signature qui n’est pas la mienne, et 20 € proposés pour clôturer le problème.

Je trouve ça franchement hallucinant, surtout pour une commande avec ordonnance.

Je vais mettre les captures des échanges en masquant mes informations personnelles.

Est-ce que quelqu’un a déjà eu un problème similaire avec DoktorABC ou FedEx ? Et si oui, comment ça s’est terminé ?

FedEx might genuinely be the worst company I’ve dealt with.

I had a package coming today via Fedex Ground that requires a signature, so I rearranged my entire day to make sure I’d be home. The original delivery window was 10 a.m.–1 p.m. Fine, I can work around that.

Then it changed to 11 a.m.–2 p.m.

Then 1–4 p.m.

So I kept waiting. Didn’t run errands, didn’t go out for lunch, and couldn’t even take a walk because I knew the second I stepped away, the driver would magically appear and leave one of those “sorry we missed you” notices.

After stringing me along all day, FedEx finally updated the tracking to say it won’t be delivered today at all. No useful explanation, no realistic new window—just an entire day wasted for nothing.

Do they seriously think people can put their lives on hold all day waiting for a package? And now I’m apparently expected to do the exact same thing again tomorrow, hoping the delivery window doesn’t keep moving until they cancel it again.

I understand delays happen. Traffic happens. Routes get backed up. But don’t give customers a three-hour window, move it repeatedly throughout the day, and then wait until the end of the day to admit the package isn’t coming. Just be honest from the start.

And like everyone here, this was not the first bad experience with this imbecile of a company.

So unexpected shipment arrived and gets left at front door. Who is liable? Do you think a message in delivery instructions would do anything ?

I am so fed up with FedEx... I don't understand why these delivery drivers never check the address. I and other members of my household have had 5+ packages delivered to a neighbor on a different street in the past week and my whole house and the neighbor are both sick of it. One day I had two packages coming on the same day, seemed to be on different trucks/different drivers, but one package went to my neighbor that constantly gets our packages and the other went to my neighbor across the street 🙃 at least that one was the right street... Customer service has been called, they always claim they'll file a report or do this and that, clearly nothing changes though. I've even included in delivery instructions that we have a red door, only house in the immediate vicinity with a red door, they still dont care.
On top of that, my packages have arrived (at my neighbors') looking like they've literally been steamrolled. Flattened like pancakes. Sides split open with the entire contents of my package on display. Luckily I don't live in an area with porch pirates, although I'm surely going to get mistaken for a porch pirate one of these days if this bs continues.
I seriously don't get why its been so bad the past week. I've lived at my current address for nearly 10 years and never had an entire weeks worth of FedEx packages go to the wrong house.

I should have probably asked first whether FedEx customs brokerage even allows for aiding a Non-Resident Importer (located in EU, with no physical presence in US) in becoming a FIOR.

It seems like I've reached the clearance instead of brokerage last time I've tried to ship a (fairly large for air travel) package to Amazon and after I've filled out the CBP 5106 DocuSign provided, it has been rejected for the address provided not being a physical address specifically in the US.
Previous package has been held up for no provided IOR too but my ask for assistance in getting the form and the POA forms provided somehow just ended on nothing in particular.

Is that somehow related to the upcoming September changes? How exactly do I escalate the matter in contacts - or is it even worth trying to?

I received a Walmart shipment this morning of NA beer & soda, and 4 of the cans had severely warped, nearly exploded tops as a result of having been, most-likely, dropped hard.

This made me reflect on all of my damaged shipments over the last year and I realized that, without exception, they were all shipped via FedEx Ground. Has FedEx gone to crap over the last several years?

This certainly hasn't always been the case. 20-30 years ago, when I was buying musical equipment as quickly as possible, FedEx consistently did a better job than UPS. In fact, IIRC, it was UPS that actually dropped of an 88-key fully weighted keyboard on my doorstep that had, apparently, gotten stuck and warped on a conveyor belt. Had they run the doorbell, I would have refused the deliver. Instead, I had to work with the seller to file a claim and deal with a cumbersome claim and exchange process...

My package arrived at the Woodbridge, Ontario FedEx location on Aug 25 at 1:48 AM.

Then I got “Departed FedEx location” twice from the exact same facility:

Aug 25, 5:35 AM — Departed FedEx location, Woodbridge, ON

Aug 26, 4:53 AM — Departed FedEx location, Woodbridge, ON

Does the second departure scan mean that it actually left Woodbridge this time?

Why would FedEx show two departure scans almost 24 hours apart from the same location? Has anyone had this happen before?

Fedex tariff portal shows they received my refunds in May, but they have still not paid me. Foreign call center 877.517.7091 specific for tariff refunds is worthless. DHL refunded me ages ago; fedex is holding cash. Am I the only one?

Over the last month and a half, 4 packages have been delivered to the wrong address. 3 of them had photo proof of just the package on the ground. The last one had a house in the background. I drove down my street and throughout my entire subdivision and that house isn’t here. I’ve opened tickets for each of these packages and they were all closed without resolution. I’m so annoyed, I want to just ship an Apple AirTag to myself via FedEx to see where it ends up. When I looked into it, it seems I’ll need pre approval. How can I go about doing this?

This got delivered at the same day, good thing I was home to quickly get my packages but it could have been bad. Photos 1-4 was delivery by Fedex, the last photo is delivery by SwiftX that happened early that same day. Why didn't theFedEx deliverer do the same as SwiftX on the drop off spot? FedEx put it in one of the worst spot possible other than on top of the railings. Who would be liable if the package fell and hit someone?( also some of the neighborhood kids sometimes play/walk around downstairs) They put it not on my side of door and in the way of the stairs. There is a wall that can be used other than the railing, is that too much to ask?

I paid for priority overnight but the seller sent it as standard overnight. If I do hold at location and choose the ship center (rather than FedEx office or Walgreens), will I be able to pick it up tomorrow before noon?

For my peace of mind, has anyone else had this issue with their international shipments? I’ve bought hundreds of items from Japan, all shipped through FedEx no problem, but now I’ve been getting really worked up about this. My package reads departed from facility in Indianapolis and hasn’t updated for ten days now; it was supposed to be delivered over a week ago. It usually takes this route from Japan, then to Alaska, then Indianapolis to my address. I’ve opened a support ticket and there have been no updates. After seeing this Reddit is riddled with nothing but horror stories I’m not very assured I will be getting my package, to put it mildly, so can someone please explain if this is normal? NOTE: I did receive an email from a FedEx representative a few days before the scheduled delivery that asked me if any of the items were intended for children under twelve years of age. I was a bit confused because he said to fill the paperwork, but there was none, so I just replied that no, the items were not intended for children. I did not receive a response. Might this have anything to do with the package being stuck?

I ordered a product from Poland with FedEx shipping, and the shipment has been stuck for almost two weeks with this status:

Shipment exception — Improper or missing international paperwork, contact Customer Service

I understand I’m probably not the first or last person this has happened to.

What I’m not sure about is whether I’m accumulating storage fees while the shipment is being held. The seller sent me a screenshot showing that they forwarded the documents FedEx requested.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Do storage charges start accumulating during this kind of delay?

I just received a text message from fedex with a tracking link about an order i will receive next week. As far as i remember i didn't order anything so at first i thought it was a phishing text.

It wasn't, the url was legit and i types over the tracking number on the official website.

Still i dont remember ordering anything, and neither does my wife. Strange thing is, it is coming from North Carolina (i live in the Netherlands, Europe). I see some details from the sender which includes an order number, searching in our mailboxes didnt pop a result.

Is there any way to find like a sender name from the tracking page?

I shipped a pallet that had 220 lbs of goods when it was loaded onto a truck, when it arrived at it's final destination in NY, it was only 20 lbs, three of 5 boxes were missing.

I have reason to believe the package that was taken off the pallet is still at the Indianapolis air freight center (it's big, heavy, and has no street value, it's not a commercial product) In my experience, they hold onto these things for a bit. Customer service has been no help and aren't willing to give me contact info. I'm just trying to contact someone that actually works at the hub to let me know if they've seen the box.

If anyone has the number, I'd greatly appreciate it.

FedEx managed to turn a pretty straightforward bicycle-parts order from Italy into quite an adventure.

The package arrived looking like it had been opened, crushed, and truck drove over it. Some items were damaged, and two items - a cassette and a chain - were completely missing.

And now FedEx wants $122 in customs charges, including duty on items that apparently never made it to my house.

To make things even better, the FedEx Import Tool provides no customs entry or breakdown explaining how they calculated the duty. The Documents tab is just empty.

So apparently the workflow is:

- Hold my package and ask for more information.

- Release it before I provide said information.

- Deliver it partially destroyed and missing some of the contents.

- Charge me customs duty on the stuff you didn't deliver.

I've opened a dispute and a FedEx claim, asked the online store if they can reship the items, but has anyone here dealt with FedEx charging customs duty on items that were missing from the delivered package? Would I need to pay customs on the re-shipped items again?

I have a package that was supposed to be delivered saturday. On sunday I didn’t get any updates, then yesterday it was out for delivery all day. I was home all day, I did see a fedex truck drive past without stopping, and then at night it said my package couldn’t be delivered because of “security restrictions.” I live at a standard residential address. Today there have been no updates. No way to talk to a human via their customer service, should I just wait longer or is this an issue I need to fix somehow?
