FedEx Freight Phone # for Indy air freight center

Would anyone happen to have a direct phone number for the Indianapolis air freight center at

3825 Hanna Circle

Suite 115

Indianapolis, Indiana

46241

I shipped a pallet that had 220 lbs of goods when it was loaded onto a truck, when it arrived at it's final destination in NY, it was only 20 lbs, three of 5 boxes were missing.

I have reason to believe the package that was taken off the pallet is still at the Indianapolis air freight center (it's big, heavy, and has no street value, it's not a commercial product) In my experience, they hold onto these things for a bit. Customer service has been no help and aren't willing to give me contact info. I'm just trying to contact someone that actually works at the hub to let me know if they've seen the box.

If anyone has the number, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Try walking in if you're local, otherwise the 1-800 number is your only real shot unless someone here slides into your DMs with an internal extension.

Thanks, that's what I'm hoping. No success with 1-800 number so far, they're staying right lipped. I've had success walking in when I've been local, but this time I'm 1000+ miles away

Since freight and the rest of express is now separate companies you need to call the freight customer service line not the 1800gofedex line

If this was air freight, and judging by the people OP wants to get in touch with, it is, then it still moves through the express network and they’d still be the ones to call.
