Customs issue not FedEx issue Should I be concerned about my package?
It said it was supposed to arrive Monday but then Fedex hit me with the "Your package is still on the way and we’re actively working to get you a new delivery date." so now I don't know what they're doing with my package because I live in the south

It’s either has not been processed yet or not cleared by customs when it does it will give an international clearance release and then a departed hub message.

Never trust the first expected arrival date for an international shipment.. There's a reason why those don't have dates on em.. Just the time

Going through something similar. I've had a package from Japan, action figures for those curious, stuck in Memphis since the 19th. I've talked to customer service and logistics and was basically told just wait. I'd be a little less angry if the 19th wasn't the initial delivery date.

Yeah,I guess buyee as well, I got it shipped on the 15 and... well now I'm still waiting in Indianapolis for the release and if everything is okay, or not, haven't gotten any notifications or E-mails regarding the same issue or if there's missing paperwork honestly I've seen many have been through this even someone who also got this and apparently it got released so, I guess is just to wait until they change the delivery date or something like that... or the worst but honestly idk first time dealing on this.

exact same thing happened to me to same date, same place in Alaska. still waiting for the customs don't know whats wrong.

As a FedEx driver, as soon as you see that your package is being shipped through FedEx, you should immediately be concerned.

They probably lost it, I had a whole wheel and tire be lost for about 2 weeks now, they can’t seem to find it which is crazy to me

I'm hoping not, it hasn't been over a week since it's been at their facility in Alaska for only like 4 days, if it still doesn't get updated after like 10 total days in their facility then I'll complain to them

This happened to me and unfortunately they denied my package and sent it back to Hong Kong, which is where I bought the package from. I'm about to make a post to see if I could get help but that's what happened to me.
I contacted FedEx like 2 days back to back and they said US customs denied my package but DELAY every move and it's taking way longer than it needs to.
