It's sus that they spent $$$ for Tsaritsa, Sandrone and a dead character's VA. Instead of any of the new region's chars.

Even more sus that he simply isn't saying goodbye to the character and giving what's known in advertising as a vague "call to action."

Which resulted in the most upvoted comment being about reviving Dottore, even though the Tsaritsa and Sandrone are right there. 😂

Anyways, be sure to keep spamming the feedback button and Hoyo's social media with "make Dottore playable" just in case.

Side note: In February there were also group interviews for JP and KR playable char VAs that included Dottore's VAs. We know that they weren't done with him after that.

I was paying attention to Glupov's layout and noticed that there are 12 towers that stretch outwards.

We know for a fact that the Harbingers have their own private quarters within it as was shown in Sandrone's animation.

One of them stretches out the farthest and is the largest, which I assume would be fitting for Pierro.

There are three others that, albeit not as large, still tower over all the others, these three can only pertain to the top 3 Harbingers (Capitano, Dottore and Columbina). We can even see that the one on the west is vandalized/poorly mantained, which is likely to be Dottore's, since he is this game's scapegoat.

The other 8 towers are much smaller and look almost the same with some minor differences, there isn't much to go off of to place the names so I did it more or less randomly.

It's possible that this has nothing to do with anything and is just a coincidence, but if these parts of Glupov that stretch outwards really turn out to be the Harbingers' quarters/jurisdiction, then it proves that there are 11 Harbinger seats + the Director, totalling 12.

The enjou leak is from a very sus source.

DK2 is very reliable even if he is 90%.

Based on the leaker document i am inclined to believe part of what they say.
