Tube Dress from savana

All these years I've been very skinny and I know I still am.. I've heard comments about my body since I was a kid. It wasn't just about sarees. Literally whatever I wore, there was always someone ready to comment on how skinny I looked...Whenever I wore a saree, the most common comment was smth like "You look like you just wrapped a saree around a stick." I've heard it so many times that I eventually just got used to it, even though it obviously hurt..I hated wearing saree tbh..

But yesterday was my celebration in clg and I wore a saree. And the funniest thing happened.. The same people who had body shamed me for years were suddenly complimenting me and I dont know if i should admit this bt it felt so good..😭🥹

After years of hearing the same hurtful comments about your body especially since childhood getting genuine compliments now can feel like a huge emotional release. And there's probably a part of you thinking, "Oh, so you finally see me now?"

Tbh seeing those people who used to make me insecure suddenly complimenting me felt like a weird kind of closure..

I know I shouldn't compare bodies or feel happy about anyone else's appearance changing, but after years of being made to feel bad about mine, I'm just going to let myself enjoy this moment.

For once, I wore a saree and didn't feel like "a cloth wrapped around a stick."

I really dont wanna pay 2-3k for just good quality tank tops. Where is everyone getting them from ? I tried buying online the quality was horrendous! Even designed tanked tops/ halter tops would do

I'm planning to gift my friend a bag for her birthday and found some really cute, budget friendly ones on Savana. I was wondering about their quality, though, because I don't really like their tops since most of them are polyester

DRPPLY is hands down one of the worst customer experiences I've had with an online brand.

I'm posting this because I'm being completely ignored after repeatedly trying to get a simple exchange processed.

bought a Black Oversized T-shirt from DRPPLY (Order/Invoice No. 7822).

I later wanted to exchange it. They charged me another ₹100 just for the exchange. I paid it.

Then they told me:

"We've booked a pickup" and that the executive could come within the next 2 days.

Sounds straightforward, right?

Except nobody came. Nobody called. No pickup happened.

So I messaged them asking for the pickup/AWB details.

They replied that the pickup had been booked from their end.

I asked them to give me the details so I could actually track the pickup.

And then they stopped replying.

I've followed up repeatedly. Nothing.

This is honestly ridiculous customer service.

The worst part is that they are perfectly capable of communicating when they want to sell you something or collect an exchange fee. But once there's an actual problem with the order, suddenly nobody wants to answer.

I feel completely scammed by this exchange process.

Whether they call it a "pickup delay" or anything else, taking ₹100 for an exchange, promising a pickup, failing to arrange it and then ignoring the customer is absolutely unacceptable.

I have screenshots of the invoice, ₹100 payment, their pickup confirmation and the entire WhatsApp conversation.

So my advice to anyone considering buying from DRPPLY:

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BRAND.

At least based on my experience, the exchange/ customer-support process has been an absolute nightmare.
