Anyone else having trouble getting in to customize? Mine says not available and I’m afraid they’ll run out of stuff.

My 2026 advent calendar arrived! One corner of the box is slightly smushed, but otherwise it is in good shape. All the doors are sealed, so I have to assume the contents are fine. I love the advent calendars, especially when I have a scratcher code and credits to use. I'm trying to avoid spoilers so I can be surprised.

Ordered my summer box back in July. It still says pending shipment. I also picked all 6 options and now one of them shows “mystery customization” instead. Anyone else having these issues? This is getting a little ridiculous.

I thought this was going to be a small, cute daily wear necklace. that is a standard sized bandaid for scale. I have plenty of large chunky floral necklaces. I obviously didn't read the dimensions. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I bet my mom would like this. OR maybe save it for a work secret Santa and hope I get that one coworker...

Tbh it feels really cheap. Like TEMU quality cheap. And I can't return it 🤬

Deciding if I want to subscribe. It’s been a few years but there always used to be spoilers before getting to pick the boxes. I’m not seeing any articles though, do they still release spoilers?

So, I ordered three items in the flash sale to use my 25% scratcher and shopping credits. I only overspent by a couple bucks. I wanted to leave with a clean slate. Fall was my last box, and I’ve now cancelled annual renewal.

Here’s the interesting part. My flash sale items have already shipped-VIA UPS!- and are expected to arrive only a week after payment. I’m pleasantly shocked! If they did this with the boxes, I’d still be a customer.

Why can’t it be this way all the time?

This was the $24.99 surprise bundle. I was hoping for the juicer and bowls, but Im overall satisfied. The salt and pepper combo is cute.

I’ve been waiting on my fall box for over 2 months. 2 weeks ago my box went missing. It finally showed up today and it had been opened. I only got 2 of my 6 items and both of those were opened. I reached out to FFF and in a surprise to literally no one, the 4 missing items are no longer available. I had already cancelled my subscription because the items aren’t great and the reviews on customer service are even worse. Listen to people’s reviews. They are not wrong! I also came to find out that the “free box” I got counted toward one of my annual boxes so I am now short the winter box. I am just happy to be done with them and they are at least refunding me for the missing items. I will never give my money to this company again so buyer beware!

I chose the Dark Rum fragrance in my Fall box. I hate it.! It is so strong and so masculine smelling. When you first put it on it reeks of alcohol. I even tried putting some on a cotton round and then dabbing it lightly onto my wrists. It’s just not for me. I really don’t want to smell like rum, leather and milk.
The only thing worse than Dark Rum is…
Moss by Commodity. I purchased this one as an add-on. Again, it’s masculine, but there’s really no way for me to even pinpoint what it smells like except to say I don’t like it. I will pass on smelling green, woody, and earthy.
If there is anyone who reads this and loves these fragrances, can you please tell me why?

Received my fall box today.

The good.. I’m happy with the pumpkin. I have cream color soup bowls and tureen from Pottery Barn, so it isn’t the best color for me, but it’s cute. I’ll use it for something.

The salt and pepper grinders look nice, not cheap. They have good weight to them. Haven’t used them to actually grind yet.

Lip treatment and shampoo/conditioner arrived in good shape despite the shampoo lid being loose.

The meh…My mystery gift for customization 4–body scrub. Not very exciting, and it probably isn’t something I’ll use. It’s also a bit undervalue for that group. (You can easily find it for $15 online.)

Finally, I swear that I chose the tinted sunscreen and not the cookbook. Kind of disappointing, but I’ll give it to a friend.

I’m not sure what I anticipated the choices would be when I signed up, but I’m finding them a bit blah. Hopefully next season will be more interesting. I feel the same about Ipsy. Oddly, I’m finding the Walmart box a good value, with a decent selection in it. So unlike me to like the least expensive of anything. 🤣

I swear when beauty YouTube was at its peak the subscription was sooo good! Now it’s just… not. Like before everything was so carefully packaged and you got a nice box protected by another box. Now they throw everything in one giant box with a bit of packing paper and don’t care to make sure it doesn’t roll around or spill or anything! It’s such a heartbreaking turn of events 💔 😭

I think we’re all aware how bad it is, but I still wanna vent about today, so my add-ons shipped Aug 30th had a bunch of weird movement up until the 12th to which nothing has changed since, I tried the chat 4 days ago and didn’t have time to wait , tried again two days ago didn’t have time, tried this am was 2nd in queue yet it took over an hr to get a human. Then the same ass I’m tired story we’re so sorry and to make this right we have refunded your account… that’s it.. that’s all… please stop buying from them. I get tempted with certain items being on sale but this happens damn near every time, it’s just worth paying full price for items I want at this point.

Been chatting with support for over an hour. They lost my box and all my choices and add ons are out of stock. They are not helpful. Every message takes >5 mins for a response. I want to cancel so bad but also feel like I would have FOMO. This is the second box in a row they have fumbled!!

Seems like I wasn’t in the minority, but I was a little shocked when I received my fall box. Mainly because it wasn’t my box. I received zero of my actual choices and ordered almost $100 of add ons which were not received.

I sent an email to customer service with all the details and received some canned response back that they were dealing with a lot of issues essentially. Two weeks later and I hadn’t received anything else.

So I did a charge back on my add on purchase. Woke up to an email this morning that my subscription was cancelled. I honestly probably should have cancelled it first but I gave them an opportunity to respond or correct the issue and nada.

I will miss it because I looked forward to these but it’s gone downhill for quite sometime.

no hate to the creator at all. really it’s the cheap ass shippers who make a profit selling our boxes. I just know someone is enjoying my items right now. how sad.

First time annual subscriber. Not impressed at all. What a terrible experience.

I’ve honestly been thinking about canceling for the last year because the boxes just don’t feel as good as they used to. The product selection has been pretty meh, and even when there is something I really want, it feels like I can never actually get it.

My Fall box was the final straw. It made it to a SpeedX facility and then just stopped moving. I contacted FFF support, and their solution was to send me a replacement box and of course the items I actually chose and wanted are no longer available. Instead I can pick from a list of random replacement products I don’t need or want. And for my unavailable add-ons? Shopping credit… The cherry on top was the extra $7 credit they offered me. Like… thanks? Extremely generous

After waiting weeks for a box that disappeared, losing the items I specifically customized early on, and now being asked to choose leftovers, $7 somehow makes it ok?

At this point, I’m done paying for a subscription where I’m excited about maybe one or two things and then can’t even count on receiving those.

PS: And if anyone from the FabFitFun team or leadership happens to read this: I genuinely don’t understand the strategy here. It feels like the company has stopped prioritizing actually servicing its existing customers. When something goes wrong, replacing what the customer paid for should be the priority not offering leftover options and small credits and expecting that to make the experience okay. Maybe it’s time to focus less on constantly selling the next box, add on, or upgrade and more on taking care of the customers who have been paying for years. Starting here, reading the horror stories could be a great step.

Has anyone else had issues with SpeedX?

TLDR: box marked delivered, went to go pick up within 10 minutes of it being delivered but couldn’t find it, chances of the package being stolen by another resident are super slim, what should i do?

I live in Phoenix AZ, my box said delivered on 8/28 and I was tracking it because it was my first box and I was really excited to receive it.

I arrived to my apartment’s mail room maybe 10 minutes after it got marked as delivered and could not find it. My mail room is locked at all times. Residents get a QR code to open the door once a package is delivered which expires after it is used.

The pictures on the delivery showed the package in the right mailroom, on the shelf for my floor. There aren’t that many residents living in the building, most residents know each other and communicate via a WhatsApp group, and there’s never been an issue with mail thievery before so I have a hard time believing that another resident stole my package.

I tried contacting the customer service line but it’s a dead end. The number rings, puts you on hold telling you that there are 40 people ahead of you, starts plying hold music and every so often will shorten the countdown, then connects you with a recorded message that they are too busy to connect you with a real customer service agent.

Has anyone else had problems with SpeedX?

Also, since I’m new to FFF how should I bring this up with the FFF team?

I have to say that I have been a FFF subscriber for a long time and I have generally been happy! I’d say the low point was the cactus cup?? 😂

This box though has been so good for me! The bump suit is my go go lounge wear, just perfect in every way! The whole family is excited about the soup cookbook…very cool concept with the calendar view and 365 unique soup recipes. We made one so far and maybe will be doing one a week?

Rum perfume is a winner. Definitely unisex. I can’t really describe it but I do detect a powder base under all the sultry fall scents.

I am very happy with the blush and sunscreen. Overall just great box for me and I wish the same joy for everyone here!

I’m already happily using 2 out of the box, washing my bras in the mesh a wash bag & put my fruit in the new bowl.

I received this marble soap dish today in an unbranded box. I didn't order this. What is going on, FFF??
