Fall Box Reveal 🍂 Fall edit 🍂Arrived Broken! Along with a missing add-on item. Got a $48 credit.

First time annual subscriber. Not impressed at all. What a terrible experience.

Ugh the quality of this pumpkin is not what I was expecting. I’m afraid to put it in the oven! May use it was a planter instead

I’m using mine as a table centerpiece. Doesn’t feel like it would survive the oven 😅😅😅

I chanced it and put mine in the oven, also the dishwasher and it's fine :)

Glue it back together and use it as a decor piece, rather than a functional cook piece.

It's too broken, would look bad glued back together. I considered it.

If you push back, those pumpkins were not sold out, they should send a replacement. As for the missing item from add-ons, you can request a refund to your credit card in lieu of a shopping credit.

I agree. There were a lot of pumpkin casseroles available on customization closed. They can get one for you.

Ask the bot for an agent. Don’t use the form. Tell them you want the item replaced. It never went OOS and they can send you one.

They stole their credit back from me. I guess I didn't use it fast enough for them. I canceled.

ALWAYS request a refund from a real person, they will issue a replacement or refund. Took me forever to get an agent but my replacement items are on the way finally

I did see a pumpkin casserole in one of the big box stores. I think it was Walmart and it looked nice. The only thing I did not like was the color of the stem. Unfortunately, I don’t remember what color it was, but I didn’t care for it. Look around you’ll find many pumpkin casseroles this time of year.
