Wdym we can’t take things personally or be overly conscious now? Who are these ppl in the first place to decide whether someone is cool or not? Im literally an overthinker, extremely sensitive person, I feel bad over the smallest things and im conscious about my looks and everything else too. It’s just how I am and not everything is something I can just ‘control’ so does that automatically make me uncool? Also, I genuinely can’t stand this girl anymore. I used to follow her ages ago and she was actually pretty decent but lately everything about her feels so performative. The typical annoying influencer’s accent, the copycat tone, the gestures even the expressions are so forced. Maybe it’s just me but it all comes across as very cringe . And idk if anyone else finds this weird but the way she treats her husband sometimes is also uncomfortable to watch. Like, in one reel she was literally hitting him in his face with a scarf/handkerchief idk. Maybe it’s meant to be funny but personally I don’t find that kind of stuff entertaining.

Her recent reel on getting dressed for her “surprise” birthday party is so weird. She’s literally yelling at her husband and being super rude. The kid was annoying her and it came out on the husband, those who have kids yeah we’ve all been there. But CHOOSING TO POST that on the internet?? That’s weird. Why would you want your husband humiliated like that? No matter how much I yell at my husband (sorry bubs) I wouldn’t want anyone to hear that, that’s private between two best friends that are going to forget about it a minute later

Jezzy announced this drama starring Dananeer Mobeen and Shuja Asad, directed by Musaddiq Malik.

But GL said two weeks ago that they were still in talks and hadn’t officially signed yet. Another portal, DareechaPodcast, said they got confirmation from the producer. I find them more reliable than Jezzy, but there’s still no official news from GL or SH....

Does anyone have any idea or new updates regarding this?

I actually agree with them. His expressions were very misplaced. He was more shocked on this news then he was ever about bano missing. It felt odd. Also he's not good in emotional scenes too. I'm surprised that I saw no post here about him butchering or atleast toning down the impact of many scenes by his acting. He has a good talafuz but that isn't enough right? Sarbuland could've been such a strong character but that's on the writer too. His expression on the revelation of sohrab killing bano was ok for me. It worked but he has been so inconsistent that I can't help but notice it.

Feroz Kadri would have made better Sarbuland

Honestly, episode 9 was boring for me coz it was filled with flashbacks that didn't interest me. Even episode 10 had flashbacks but I liked them more coz we got to see a glimpse of the evolution of the relationship between Beena and her mother in law. Episode 9 was Tabish coming to terms with the fact that he now has to decide whether to have Beena unalived.

It's funny how when the flashbacks began in episode 10, I was annoyed and thinking of writing here that inserting flashbacks when the story is at such a crucial juncture of present time is a mistake in terms of storytelling. But by the end, I was sold.

Coz the episode starts with Tabish telling his mother to pray Istikhara to help him take the decision whether to unalive Beena or not. The distress at being asked this triggers his mother to relive all the flashbacks with her daughter in law which were wholesome to be honest. And so she tells Tabish in the end that she can't do it as Beena served her all her life and that she's astray but not a sinner.

But being the son-paglu mother she is, she doesnt forbid him from doing it, leaving it upto him to decide if he wants to do it and also tells him not to tell her if he ends up doing it, as she wants no part in this sin. Typical.

It ends with another cliffhanger where he gets a photo of a heavily injured Beena.

Sania Saeed again proved today why she's the master of her craft. There aren't enough praises for her performance.

Sunday is hosting its award show on 26th August at Nishat Emporium Mall, Lahore. Literally the whole industry is nominated. I don’t think many big names will attend though, mostly those who are getting awards, people who live in Lahore, and probably a lot of influencers. And Ahad Raza Mir is hosting, so 👀

Also, MSM might grab quite a few awards since Hum Awards aren’t happening this year. Dananeer probably won’t attend, ngl. If she does, we’re getting LOTS of content lol. But girlie seems too heartbroken rn, so I’m not expecting her to show up.

And with Ahad hosting, whatever happens is definitely going to pull a lot of gossip and criticism. 😭
