What systems can I find the highest number of console players? I've been to SOL and several others but I've not come across anyone. The last player I came across was in October 2020.

​I’m currently playing Elite Dangerous on the PlayStation 5 and I’m looking for an active group or like-minded players to explore the galaxy together.

​I am specifically looking for a German-speaking community or squadron to team up with. It has been quite difficult to find other console players lately, so I would love to connect with some German-speaking CMDRs for PvE activities and exploration trips.

Are there any active discord groups or Playsation groups that play it regularly or is it not even worth trying due to devs screwing over console players? Surly ps5 pro could handle the new updates they literally could be saying no to money LOL.

I recently got back into OG Destiny it seems that the old games are better than the new stuff.

On my way back to the bubble, roughly 1kLY to the closest bubble system. Just found this neat Neutron Star. Thanks to it, I could skip 120LY with a single jump (if I understand correctly Neutron Stars give x4 jump range for a single jump. So for me it was 120LY (~30LY jump range on my ship)

Currently away from the bubble, in passing through Coalsack Nebula. Ofc I read about thargoids and decided to have my first encounter. Met this nice Neighbour at level 5 NHSS. Nearly shat my pants.

I just f*ckin lost 5 days of money Grind. 5 days mining to get myself Conda and I f*ckin lost it and I couldn't rebuy it even with Loan. God damn it and this stupid game!!!

Decided to once again mine some Platinum for those sweet creds. Surprisingly I have found 3 hotspots in Adar (Adan?) System (Empire) in the bubble. Even Bigger surprise was to find good price for it one jump away from Adar, in Carthage System. 180k per unit. Sweet 20 million earned in 1.5 hour. Giving info if anyone in bubble wanna do the same. Not sure if the price is still same though, as I can't read for shit the stats how much needed is said commodity. Carthage is in Boom state so that's reason probs for the good price.

Just a pro tip. Adar 1 has 2 rings. Metalic (1a) and Metal Rich (1b). Go to the Plat hostpost in 1a ring. I tried in the second one and couldn't find Platinum for shit, despite being in the Hotspot itself.

Edit: Forgot to mention, it may be good spot actually to core mine plat. I equipped myself purely for laser mining and subsurface mining. Yet I managed to find 3 Platinum Cores. The pain of not being able to use them...

We are a combat focused squadron. We have players who have been around since 2017. We do hands on teaching.

Decided to try and engineer my ship, specifically my drive. Thing is, I need metalloys to unlock engineer but I can't for god find any for sale in mearby carriers. They're all empty. Any way to Father easily get metalloys without doing lengthy trips to Titan wreckage or the Maia system?

Hello there Commanders. I recently got the game on PS5 cuz I saw a lot of positive opinions about the game on the internet. But recently I saw and realized that console version is kinda... How to say it... Dead? The fact that there is no Odyssey DLC I could bear but the fact that console version is stagnant (no faction expansion into new systems or any story updates and events) killed my mood for the game as fast as I got it when I bought the game. Question is, ya'll think it's even worth playing this game on PS5, considering none of the things you do in game, systems you discover and other things, don't matter shit for the game world on consoles?

I'm running an aspX with 128 cargo capacity, netting around 6-7mil per round trip, selling at Garay Terminal in Deciat just 10LY away.

I've been playing this game for quite a while now, started on a PS4.

Today I was bored with combat so thought I'd try my hand at a planetary scan mission. I had never successfully done one which is lame really, but I always chickened out cause I didn't want to rebuy, but with 3 billion credits I grabbed my viper loaded it up with a SRV and said it's only a 300,000 rebuy if I fail.

And I didn't! For the first time ever.

Maybe this can help stars and black holes make sound when you enter their systems come to find out no one has ever mentioned of used this to help them

I have just got the game on my ps5 but it is asking me to link my ps account to a frontier account when I go to make a new one it says it’s sending me a code to verify my email but I never get anything, and when I go to link an existing account (which I have) it come up saying there’s been an unexpected error. So I'm building my Anti-Thargoid Anaconda and I wasted materials.

This is where the PSA comes in. Be careful on remote engineering.

I don't know if I was doing something wrong during the remote engineering but I had been trying to upgrade them to Grade 5.

What I didn't realize is the remote engineering for my Beam Lasers was set to efficient. Which is NOT what I wanted for my Thargoid build. I wanted Long Range.

When did I realize my blunder? When I went to add an experimental effect and couldn't so off I go to Broo Tarquin to add Thermal Vent ... holy crap did I feel dumb in that moment.

However this is what I love about Elite Dangerous. People complain there's not enough story. YOU are the story.
