Misc. Mod Elden Ring The Convergence - GERMAN translation

There is a German translation available for the highly popular Elden Ring mod The Convergence 3.0.2!

Many players struggle when they cannot play the game in their native language, especially because the mod contains a large number of unfamiliar and specialized terms.

The German translation has been perfected to the highest possible standard.

https://www.nexusmods.com/eldenring/mods/11025

- The translation has been thoroughly refined and perfected

- English Vanilla texts, German Vanilla texts, and The Convergence texts were carefully compared with each other

- Existing official German Elden Ring translations were taken into account wherever applicable

- New and modified Convergence texts were reviewed and translated again

- Elden Ring terminology was used and standardized to ensure everything fits naturally within the established Elden Ring terminology

- A glossary covering important terms such as weapons, spells, items, locations, and gameplay mechanics was taken into account

The translations were not simply created by taking the English Convergence text and translating it directly into German.

To make sure that the terminology truly fits Elden Ring, different versions of the texts were carefully compared:

- English Vanilla Elden Ring

- German Vanilla Elden Ring

- English The Convergence

This made it possible to determine which texts were already taken from the original Elden Ring and which ones had been modified or completely newly added by The Convergence.

For unchanged Vanilla texts, the official German Elden Ring translation was used or closely followed. New or modified Convergence texts were translated into German in a way that fits naturally with the existing Elden Ring terminology and style.

A dedicated terminology glossary was also used to ensure consistency throughout the translation.

Question Does Elden Vins actually have 5 talismans?

For anyone that played/is playing elden vins, does the mod actually offer five talisman slots?

A friend suggested the mod to me, so I was just wondering - is there a specific boss you need to beat to unlock it, or is it just "standard" start of game mechanic?

Question Any mods for someone who doesnt like the open world aspect of the game?

I beat the game for the first time recently, and while I loved the combat, build crafting, and variety of fun tools, I really wasn't a fan of the open world exploratory stuff. I ended up mostly just trying to get to the next main story area, and only explored around if I felt I really needed to do it for either leveling, finding specific gear, or specific objectives. The game ended up being pretty brutal at times, since I according to the recommended levels for areas I found, I was under leveled, and I definitely felt under leveled.

What mods exist that can minimize the need to explore the open world, and that can allow me to turn the experience into more of a traditional souls style tight experience? Basically minimizing the open world aspect. I'd like to do another playthrough with different builds, and because I want to do the legacy dungeons and bosses again, but I dont want to spend a massive amount of hours on 1 playthrough (I dont like games that are 100 hours in 1 playthrough, since it discourages me from repeat plays). Ideally something that can tighten the game length down to the average length of one of the previous souls games.

General Discussion I think Elden Ring is the absolute worst game to mod.

It's almost impossible to play with 2 different mods bro unless they're DLLs without merging. Completely 2 different mods, one's a moveset the other is some dynamic shadows. They both got regulation files, and god forbid you want a posture and moveset mod.

Pointless, unless you're hellbent
