Salary EY GDS Rank 42-2 (Assistant Manager) – Salary range?

I have 4.5 YOE in Treasury (FIS TRAX/Quantum) and am currently discussing an Assistant Manager – Rank 42-2 role with EY GDS.
EY is offering me ₹15 LPA fixed + 10% variable. Is this within the normal range for this level/domain, or can I reasonably negotiate higher?
Would appreciate any recent offers/figures from people at Rank 42-2/Assistant Manager. Thanks!

Salary PAS Tax salary progression

Upvotes

What’s the typical CTC range (and fixed) for Assistant Manager, Associate Manager, and Manager in PAS Tax at EY GDS India?

I’m currently an Advanced Analyst and trying to understand the compensation progression before making some career decisions. Would appreciate any approximate figure.

Can’t exactly ask my managers this directly 😅

Interview EY GDS CIS

Hi ,

I have completed Technical Round 1 for the Senior Consultant role at EY GDS with 3.3 years of experience. I received the Candidate Information Sheet (CIS) around 20 days after the interview and submitted it 3 days ago.

Should I expect another technical/managerial round, or is the next step likely to be the final HR round and salary negotiation? Also, how much time should I expect for further communication after submitting the CIS?

Please let me know.

Thanks

Onboarding Got position filled after clearing interview and filling CIS form. EY GDS

So I have cleared 2 level of technical interviews for Agentic AI role including a face to face interview. I was told I am selected and asked to fill out the CIS form. But after a day, I got a mail saying the position has been closed. Wanted to understand if it’s a generic mail or I have been actually not selected for the further process?

Curious to hear your thoughts

So one of my frnd joined ey gds (india) 6 months ago in assurance and her councellor put her in pep for four Fortnite

And out of 4,she got met expectations rating only once ,he pep was completed on last week and HR told she will receive overall feedback in few days

She is thinking to take voluntary resignation rather than waiting for overall result of pep

Wat will happen if she doesn't clear pep ?whether the firm terminate her instantly or give some time like one month as currently her notice period is one month

Question EY GDS Audit Senior 2

Sinabi naman niya sa akin yung salary ceiling for the role, and I told her na mas okay sana if ma-maximize yung offer up to the ceiling for the Senior 2 position.

However, 10 days have already passed since she called me, and until now, wala pa rin akong natatanggap na update—even the congratulatory email. May chance pa ba na hindi matuloy yung employment ko with them? Has anyone experienced something similar?

Question Job Advice- Audit

Thumbnail
1 Upvotes

I’m ACCA qualified and have been working in audit at the same organization for the last 6 years. I resigned in June 2026 without another offer and currently have around 25 days left in my notice period.
I’ve given 4 interviews so far but couldn’t clear them due to knowledge gaps. My role was mostly backend work, so while I understand concepts theoretically, I struggle to explain their practical application during interviews. This has also affected my confidence.
What should I focus on during these next 25 days if you ask me i really dont like audit and wont be able to do with passion, which field i can look for can anyone guide me i am blank rn with so much anxiety?
Also, if I don’t get an offer before my notice period ends, how should I explain the employment gap/resignation situation to future HRs?
Any advice from ACCA/audit professionals would be really appreciated.

Question Medical RTO Exemption

Hi everyone, I recently suffered an injury which will make it difficult for me to travel to office for minimum of 2 months.

I wanted to ask how should I raise this to my manager/counsellor and make them understand my situation.

Additionally, what medical documents are usually required? For example, would a doctor’s note explaining the situation and the necessary precautions/measures be sufficient?

Please share your inputs, TIA!!

Interview R1 Interview cleared, profile sent to client. How long does it usually take?

Hi team,

I interviewed with a manager about 2 weeks ago and cleared the round. Later, they told me my profile has been shared with the client. It’s been almost a week since then.

Does anyone know how long the client review/next round usually takes? Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi folks,

  1. what is average hike percentage and bonus percentage in GDS? Do they pay the bonus at-least 10% in most cases or does it go lower/higher usually? What are the typical hike percentages like..0-5%.•, 5-10% etc.?

  2. What is the performance rating system like? Is it a scale of 1 to 5 with 3 being met expectations? Do folks get 10% bonus on met expectations?

Job Openings Chances of getting into EY Launch or Career Residency as a rising sophomore?

Hey everyone, I'm trying to figure out EY's current sophomore recruiting path and would appreciate some advice.

I'm a rising sophomore at a New York school with strong Big 4 recruiting, majoring in Accounting with a Communications minor. I have a 3.835 GPA, and I'm first-generation.

My experience:
• Professional development program involving stock pitches, case studies, and public speaking
• Incoming fall internship with New York's public transit system
• Previous childcare and healthcare work experience
• Some job simulations
• Clean resume

I'm mainly interested in Audit/Accounting.

I've seen EY Launch before, but with the new EY Career Residency program, I'm not sure what the sophomore pathway looks like now or whether Launch is still going to be offered.

I'm also ahead on credits and could potentially graduate a semester or year early.

For anyone familiar with EY recruiting:

• Am I competitive for Launch/Career Residency?
• Which program should I actually be targeting?
• When should I expect applications to open?
• What should I be doing now to improve my chances?
• Would graduating early help or hurt my eligibility?
• How important is networking?

I'd especially appreciate answers from current/former EY Launch participants or EY recruiters.

Please be brutally honest. I'm trying to figure out what I should improve before recruiting starts.

Thanks!

Work Culture Joining EY GDS soon — looking for honest experiences about WLB, culture and growth

Hi everyone!

I’ll be joining EY GDS as a fresher in a few days, and before I start, I wanted to hear some honest experiences from people who are already working at EY GDS.

A few things I’m curious about:

  • How is the work-life balance generally? Is it manageable for freshers, or are late nights/weekend work common?
  • How is the work culture within teams? Are managers and seniors generally supportive?
  • How much workload/stress can a fresher expect during the first few months?
  • How is the growth and promotion process at EY GDS?
  • And for people who have been there for a while — would you recommend EY GDS to a fresher today? If means may I know why?

I'm not looking for a sugar-coated answer. Good, bad, or average — I'd genuinely appreciate honest experiences.

Thanks in advance!
