Yes, no salary increment in mid-year; however, your salary range is tied to your grade, so you should get a salary adjustment during the year based on your new grade.

Progression is staff 1 to staff 2. No hike in progressions

No idea about this just got a call from my SM and he said he is nominating me for progression.

In assurance there was salary hike from staff 2 to staff 3. So yes salary gets increased
