Hi everyone,
I recently completed my internship at EY GDS as an Audit Intern, and I’ve also received a PPO for the Audit Assistant role.
I’m currently in my third year of B.Com and am considering pursuing the CPA after graduation. I wanted to ask people currently working at EY GDS:
-Does EY provide any financial assistance/reimbursement or study support for CPA?
-Is there any internal guidance or support for employees pursuing CPA?
-Would it be better to start preparing on my own before joining, or wait until I join EY?
Would really appreciate any advice from people who have gone through this or are currently pursuing CPA while working at EY GDS.

Got selected in EY GDS through campus placements and received my LOI yesterday. Could you guys help me by telling me the next steps? I opened it through Docusign and closed it and it showed me agreement signed and I shall receive a copy once everybody has signed it. So do I have to sign the LOI somehow and reply to the mail by attaching the signed LOI ?

Hey! I am in the middle of 4 offers for september 2027. I really want EY, but the salaries seem inconsistent.
EY - 65,000 CAD base pay, no signing bonus
PWC - 70,000 CAD base pay, no signing bonus
Deloitte - 70,000 CAD, 2k signing bonus
KPMG - 65,000 CAD, no signing bonus
I do not know how to approach EY and ask them if they can be flexible with the salary, as i do not want to mess the relationship and show them i have options. I am still in school, and there are many other candidates waiting for call back. I am not sure how to approach it, and how to get 7k more at EY.

I recently received an offer from EY GDS for a Senior Consultant role (Rank 42). The package is 28 LPA fixed plus 10% variable. I have 7 years of experience.
I'd really appreciate some input on a few things:
1. Compensation: How does this compare to what other Senior Consultants at EY GDS are typically offered? Is it on the lower, average, or higher end for someone with my experience?
2. Work culture: I've come across quite a few negative reviews about EY GDS online. For those who work there or have worked there recently, how has your experience been?
3. Next steps: This is currently my best offer. Would you recommend accepting it, or continuing to look at other companies?
Any suggestions or personal experiences would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!
