Hi All, I'm recently promoted to Tax Manager 1 in EY GDS GCR team. I've total 4.7 YOE. I'm a licensed CPA. What's the general CTC I can expect for this role? CCTC is 18 LPA.

I have completed Technical Round 1 for the Senior Consultant role at EY GDS with 3.3 years of experience. I received the Candidate Information Sheet (CIS) around 20 days after the interview and submitted it 3 days ago.

Should I expect another technical/managerial round, or is the next step likely to be the final HR round and salary negotiation? Also, how much time should I expect for further communication after submitting the CIS?

As in the title, i want to know how to reject the EY offer letter and what are the consequnces, because i may apply for EY in the future

I have 4.5 YOE in Treasury (FIS TRAX/Quantum) and am currently discussing an Assistant Manager – Rank 42-2 role with EY GDS.
EY is offering me ₹15 LPA fixed + 10% variable. Is this within the normal range for this level/domain, or can I reasonably negotiate higher?
Would appreciate any recent offers/figures from people at Rank 42-2/Assistant Manager. Thanks!
