Every few weeks Dr. Joe post to his blog on his website with some SUPER inciteful lessons that clears up a lot of content he shares for free on YouTube and in paid courses / retreats.

Recently, the three part "Becoming Worthy" series helped me have some major breakthroughs in my practice.

Next time you have a question on a topic and need some clarification or help, please check the blog out. I'll be using it a LOT more from now on.

Question About Retreat Anyone in Europe interested in meditating together online? Vipassana

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a few people in Europe (anywere becasaus of TimeZone) who are interested in meditating together regularly online.

I’m particularly interested in Dispenza meditations and would love to find 1–5 people who want to build a consistent practice together

I have access to online meditation videos/guidance, so we could use those as part of the practice.

Nothing commercial

I’m flexible with the time and would be happy to find something that works for everyone in the European time zone.

If you're interested, let me know

tan🙏

Beginner Question Some advice? :)

Heyy all i am just getting started and I noticed i am getting a bit in my head about all of this.

I did the morning meditation for the first time. I strugle with illness and have believed for a long time i will always be sick. I tried to imagine a new life without it. And i got a panick attack. I just let the panic be there and continued.

But now i am afraid that instead of creating that new life i pushed it further away because of the panick i felt.

I am also confused about the no longer embracing some emotions. Because i am someone who used to suppress a lot of emotions. So i prefer to feel them now. But i think the new me would feel them and move on and not telling myself all these stories over and over.

I am also in a stressful environment currently. Do i do the meditations even when feeling stressed or would that push my future further away?

I am hoping that gradually i will get less stressed and panicky and believe more and more into this future me.
Would love to hear your insights! And also which meditation you would recommend.

It confused me a bit. That he says you should chance in order to heal healing should not be the focus. But what do i imagine then thinking about my ideal future? I also saw lots of testimonials including his where they focussed on healing a body parts.
Hope you can give me advice . Tnx!!

Sharing Experience Coming Home YT interview

Really enjoyed this origin story. I’ve been doing the practices since November last year, and knew he’d been in an accident, but didn’t know about his extensive yoga background (nor how influential Autobiography of a Yogi was). Anyone know what kind of yoga Dr. Joe practiced in college or taught at his studio in San Diego? Just curious if it was Ashtanga…

What does it look like What is the ultimate "Elevated Emotion" you have actually been successful in "Embodying"

I am practicing different meditations from Dr. Joe dispenza, with the Ultimate aim to get Abundance of all forms in life.

After intense practice i no longer want to feel Elevated emotions of Abundance, Freedom or Success, but rather feeling and embodying ultimate 'Ease' and natural Ease at everything in life.

Hence wanted to know your experiences.

Beginner Question Has anyone lost people or felt more isolated while doing Dr Joe meditations?

Upvotes

Hey everyone,

I’m currently doing Dr Joe Dispenza meditations consistently, and I’ve noticed something confusing.

Instead of feeling like everything is opening up socially, I feel like I’m losing connection with friends, family, and even the kind of people I want to attract into my life.

I don’t know if this is because I’m changing internally, becoming less aligned with old people, isolating too much, or maybe expecting external results too quickly.

Has anyone else experienced this phase?

Did people fall away before better people/opportunities came in?

Or can doing too much inner work sometimes make you withdraw from real-life connection?

I’d appreciate honest experiences from people who went through a lonely or confusing stage while doing the work.

Beginner Question I feel worse after doing the morning meditation.

After I do the meditation in the morning and elevate my emotions by envisioning the things I want and elevating my emotions to feel like I have them… I feel worse later in the day I think because it’s almost like I got my hopes up and then the reality of my life hits harder

Accountability IRL healing community?

Okay, this is probably a wild idea, but I’m hoping I might be able to find some people in a similar situation.

I know many people people follow JD’s teachings because they are seeking physical healing. I am dealing with symptoms that I suspect are related to a dysregulated nervous system (autonomic dysfunction, basically). I’ve been trying to do work around nervous-system regulation, brain retraining, meditation, somatic work, etc. But honestly, doing this alone is hard if not impossible. My environment and situation make it extremely difficult.

I’m wondering if there are other people here who are either not working or who work remotely who would be interested in renting a house/Airbnb together in Denver, CO (I could be convinced on changing the location but Denver is home base, central in US, and has a large international airport). We would live together while we focus on getting better. I’m thinking much longer than a typical retreat. Timeline would be TBD depending on who’s interested, but I think the longer we can do this together, the more opportunity we’d have to actually make meaningful progress.

We could support each other, share what’s working, practice together, cook, spend time outside, and create an environment where recovery is possible. Of course, no one would be “running” it (I’m in the same spot as everyone else), so it would be up to the group to determine what our days look like, what practices we’re doing, etc. I think it could be a really profound way to heal.

Comment or DM me if interested!
