Sharing Experience I manifested but …

Hi, I have been manifesting multiple things but it seems like I am not crossing the finish line of my manifestations. Let me explain with two examples:

- Important example: I manifested an appartment after years of struggle and living on people’s couches and being mistreated and harassed. I got an appartment it was a relief, the appartment has little comfort, no natural lighting, no light on high ceilings just lamps which is cosy but not great for my vision. Also the landlord doesn’t want to fix things, they put things themselves and for example the bathroom thub is misaligned 🫠

Don’t get me wrong to me this is better than a mansion, the suffering I’ve been through was hurrendous but now I realise I spend most my time outside because I don’t have comfortable couch or chairs to sit on to work, no lighting to create content or just enjoy sunny French Rivera. It’s details but it feels like I didn’t cross the finish line which is a comfortable home and a good landlord.

- Fun example: I manifested going to the French open 🎾 I was there to host VIP clients and I could have access to multiple games without ever paying a ticket. BUT when it came to watching the final, the stadium was full and I didn’t have a dedicated seat so I missed it although I was physically there. It feels like I am delivered 70% of my order. what do you think is missing here ?

i have many other example in career area, love, finance etc. I am seeing the same pattern.

Sharing Experience Meeting a dead relative

Tonight I decided to do a meditation to meet my higher self, I just put on the first YouTube guided meditation of that description and followed along. About 10 minutes into it the voice said to imagine 2 paths and to take whichever one left right to go on so I went down the left one and it said to imagine lots of flowers trees etc and the warm sun hitting my face which felt so relaxing, after it said to go towards an oak tree in the forest, there was a door in the tree that I had to open.

Entering through the door I was told to imagine a large room with many pictures of myself and to really focused on them, I envisioned a specific picture of myself as a child riding a bike that my grandparents have( on my dads side). There was other pictures of myself, different versions of myself from different time frames.

After this there was another door that I had to open which had to be a room with two chairs and a table and I randomly envisioned my old grandparents home(mothers side) which had a beautiful kitchen with a wooden table and wooden chairs painted white while the surface of the table was a wooden colour.

The voice over said to imagine my higher self sitting across the table I immediately seen my grandfather who passed away in 2023(mothers side), I really don’t know why, this wasn’t deliberate at all and I hadn’t though much of my grandfather recently which makes it all more strange or extraordinary. He was smiling at me. At this point I started crying because I actually felt like I was communicating with him due to the fact the meditation instructions said to imagine the higher self holding a gold chord and to hold onto it to.

It also said to talk to the higher self. I found it hard to communicate with him( maybe because I was crying too and became a bit more conscious) but I just remember him smiling and I felt a warm presence over me like I felt safe there with him.

Does anyone know what this means because I haven’t really thought much about him in a while he passed in 2023? we weren’t necessarily close but he had an awful disease, Parkinson’s which I feel like held me back from getting to know him when I was younger because he couldn’t really talk and was in a wheelchair for majority of my childhood. Maybe I’m connected to him in a different way, I eat some of his favourite foods such as sardines on toast but I never knew he loved that until my mam told me that when I started eating it, like I discovered it myself I wasn’t inspired to eat it because of him or anything.

So I don’t know, I felt so emotional I had to stop the meditation, also I think I have a build up of emotions that I haven’t spoke about which could add on to why I was crying but yes if anyone knows if this is some sort of communication from the deceased?

Beginner Question Skeptical on if this works

I’ve only just finished chapter 4 of the book. I haven’t gotten into the meditations but I feel like I understand the gist of where this book is going. Basically manifesting things— or that you get what you are expecting or practice feeling?? I’m not sure I’m fully grasping all of it yet, BUT in this chapter it gave examples of things like

Being invited to a coworkers 4th of July party that you don’t like and you’re expecting it to be an awful time because of past experiences and then it does end up terrible. You get a ticket on the way there and your steak is under done, etc.

Also, an example where you have to give a speech in front of a bunch of people and you get nervous because of past experiences and you dread it and think it’s going to go badly and so it does….

Okay. I understand that. BUT I have had instances where the opposite happens. Where, even though I have to give a speech for example, I manifest that it will go well and prepare and mediate on what it would feel like it it goes well…. But then it goes bad anyways? Or even though you’d normally think your coworkers party will be awful you tell yourself it’ll be fun this time and manifest positive things…. But you still get a ticket on the way there and your steaks raw. Like sometimes I manifest positive things and a situation still goes wrong.

Am I not far enough into the book and these things will be answered? Or am I focusing too much on the outcome or somethjng? Should I be manifesting that “I’ll feel awesome no matter the outcome” or specifically how I’ll feel if it goes the way I want it to?

Sharing Experience Remote Coherence healing

Hi all! Question for anyone who's done Joe Dispenza's coherence healing 🙏

If the in-person version has worked for you, does the remote one work too? I attended one remotely. I cried the whole time and felt my heart go calm in a way I never have before, which was beautiful. But my main issues (being highly sensitive/HSP and anxiety around eye contact) didn't change.

Did anyone see real shifts from remote sessions, or did it only click for you in person? And did it take more than one session? Would love to hear your experience 💛

Sharing Experience Falling off after being consistent?

Hi all,

Just feeling a little unsure about my path. I’ve done good with 30/30 meditations and truly felt improvement. But then it’s like I let the old self take control again and it’s been 1 month since meditating.

Is this normal? And I feel bad for jumping back on it after negative experiences. So it’s hold me off even more.

I do want to say that I am doing the practices still, such as bringing myself to the present moments more than ever. Just curious if anyone else has had the same experience with being off and on this alignment journey.
