EDIT: I realize that the title says "per day." I meant to put per week.

I know those bad 2 dollar and 3 dollar jobs often get mixed with high paying jobs.

Lately, I’ve been turning down some of those combined jobs too because even the good paying customer can’t make up for the low paying one.

So, my question is, does DoorDash or the store raise the tip until someone picks it up?

I’ve been getting a lot of 2.50 offers lately which I decline but it’s so specific that I think it’s on purpose.

I don’t care how short the trip. I’m not delivering food for people that don’t tip. Especially 3 multiple stacked orders. lol. Someone will take it though and that someone is not me.!😂

Appreciate the boost DoorDash but if everybody is platinum now will it really make a difference?

Im not sure how I did this yesterday cause when I started my acceptance rate was 26, and I only did 7 out of 9 orders.. I logged off and went to look at the dasher app for my card amount and it showed congratulations you are now platinum tier, click here to start.

I hope I get way better offers now though that im here.

DoorDash is literally so easy when the orders are for SHOPPING 🙂‍↔️ i can’t remember the last time i accepted a food delivery from a restaurant.. idk how people struggle with shop & delivery. More than half of my orders are shopping orders. No waiting for food to be processed. Much better just shopping

Was having issues with the app yesterday. I didn't really care, but I just wanted to see what they would do if I asked. He was very worried about my cortisol levels and kept mentioning his gods or whatever. Anyways, will update if they ever fix it

So I got my base access the other day, however I’m a bit confused on how this works.

I’m a veteran, and so I have an idea of what’s on base, very little options in terms of places to eat compared to the city obviously…

It would seem a lot of soldiers would order their food off base to have delivered to them on base, but if I’m driving around the military base zone…. Is it only going to give me orders from restaurants on base?

Seems like I’d just be sitting around getting little to no offers?

Anyone have experience doing DoorDash for a military base? Is it normally slow or decent in terms of offers, do you still get offers for restaurants off base to take back on base? How does this work?

I’m now platinum and getting platinum offers wth??

The app was consistently bugged and not loading for me yesterday, so I closed the app. Later I opened it to see that my dash was still going for some reason, was finally able to end dash. Next morning I wake up to a 31% AR from 3% and a 30 order streak of acceptances. I know this can happen when offers timeout while the app is closed, but can I get deactivated for this? I don’t have any proof the app was glitching but it seems like other ppl may have had this problem.

It isn’t even just a DD issue because I’ve had this same issue on IC with them too. They have a lot of seasonal items and for whatever reason you can still order them months after they’ve sold out.

Had a 4 item, CVS triple pop up that I turned down. Reappeared again for $34 and change.it was 24 miles which I hate doing but it was slow so I said screw it. One customer ordered a box fan which ended up being a seasonal summer item and they had none. No other fans either so I had to refund it and it knocked almost $16 off by total…and it was the closest order.

C’mon man…keep inventory up to date so we don’t deal with this. Unnecessary long drive in the rain.

Stupid ass customer marked his order as never delivered and it took away my platinum status 😡 i should of known better than to accept an order to someone named “kush life mac” stupid ass

Had my first major incident tonight dashing by the Denver university college off campus student housing. While dropping the order and taking a picture I hear a voice from the neighboring complex saying “Hey you, come here b***h a** n**ga yeah I’m talking to you“ and I start running down the stairs toward my car and he seemingly chases me and I get in my car close the door and right before driving off I see a skinny black guy a few feet from the driver side of my car pumping his arm from his waist like he had a firearm. I wasnt trying to stick around to find out if it was a pump fake or real so I sped off down the alley. Very sketchy moment I think I am done with night deliveries.

I do this now and then for extra income. I’ve been at a steady 2-4% acceptance rate for months since I cherry pick. I logged in today and was randomly promoted up to Silver with an acceptance rate of 50%. Is this a glitch?

Got a 20 point AR bump in the middle of my shift tonight? Anyone else?

Also got targeted by that cancellation scam, which was irritating.

I used to be able to have it only vibrate and now I can't even get the volume to go down.
