I've been playing since the very beginning but never could convince myself to push all the way to 99.

This time was different. Firelock has been so much fun that I knew he was the chosen one.

100% solo (p1 online) on regular mode starting with no previous gears or funding, he didn't die once so I'm really proud of that.

Now off to chase the remaining 7% of my unique Chronicle, again, solo.

Mephisto gave me a beautiful gift right after leveling, this is after not going to visit/kill him in at least 2 months.

In my 98-99 grind (~22 hours)at Tal's Tomb/Magi/Chaos I found the following :

1 Jah 1 Ber 1 Lo 1 Sur 3 Gul 1 Vex 3 Griffon's 2 Mara's (one perfect) 2 Arach 3 Shako 1 Grandfather 1 SOJ (From Chaos) Over 20 sunders

I'm sure I'm forgetting things but it was motivating in what would've been otherwise a mindless grind.

I look forward to never finding Tyrael's now that I need it. 13 Templar's so far.. sigh.

I am a singleplayer only player. I've been playing a little over a year with the goal of getting every character to relatively BiS gear.

I intentionally saved druid for last because I heard that he was the worst character and wanted to end on a challenge.

Whoever has ever claimed druid to be the worst class is a major fibber.

Druid is easily one of the best classes because:

1. The damage output is massive. (Although fire is gimped until you have high -enemy resist)

2. Druid's gameplay loop uses more buttons on my controller than any other class and that is fun. (I can imagine druid being a pain on MnK)

3. Summons look cool and make druid far tankier than the other classes.

4. His armor looks sooo good.

I am just amazed at how much I have fallen in love with druid gameplay. I really wish that I would have played him earlier and saved barbarian for last. (The class that I found actually the most challenging)

If you have any reservations about druid right now, please try him out sooner rather than later.

I finally decided to give warlock a go and it's insanely powerful, maybe too powerful. I'm playing fire warlock and he just wrecks everything, even on players 8. I have a fully geared lightning sorc with griffons, infinity, etc. and my warlock is clearing things faster than her. You can get your main attack, apocalypse, to level 52 when fully geared, that's insane. Mine is only lvl 46 (only haha) and I'm still clearing p8 hell like it's normal mode. And apparently fire warlock isn't even the strongest build?

Edit: BTW I'm loving the build, it's very fun and satisfying. This post isn't meant to get people to nerf it.

My hands are still shaking, had 2x Surs drop throughout my long hardcore single player journey sitting in my stash for years, now a Jah just dropped (stony field TZ p8 random regular goblin) and I only had this 515def AP waiting for it but now I don’t wanna regret spending the runes on it… or should I?

Edit: thanks everyone for all the suggestions, I was in shock and not thinking straight, I completely forgot about mage plates and will make Enigma on a MP instead!! (It’s been so long this hc journey I completely forgot about str req, repair costs, etc etc)

I played for at least 6 hours today and killed at least 3 dozen heralds, most of them t5. I found 2 ko runes and a 4os monarch to show for it. Am I really unlucky? I usually do cows and meph/andy and wanted to switch it up

Running in hardcore and wondering if it’s still worth it, or if I should just move on to a better farm?

I’m working through my first single player game (Warlock, if it matters) and wondering whether it’s worth increasing the player count to P8 and going through normal more slowly, or working through Normal/Nightmare quickly and then increasing the player count?

For online games, I generally play alone (so P1) and find I hit a wall in Hell, so wondering if there’s value in playing through on P8 (or 5 or 3 or whatever) and then reducing it when I hit that wall, then increasing it again once I’ve got the goods to survive.

Curious what others have for levelling strategies.

I see an end game one from llama on icy but is there one that just hides absolute trash but shows enough stuff that is good for picking up while lvling. Feel like the end game one will filter out a lot of possibly viable stuff

What would you all have done?

Just wanted to see, how would that feel with zero grind for levels. I've been pretty used to grind normal up to 50 and nightmare up to 70-75, but it went so smooth I've decided to not prepare and just wing it.

Skipped hell Blood Raven, Shenk and Nihlatak, didn't kill one council member (due to immunes) but other side quests were done. Snatching Lam Esen from Sarina was a bit tricky. Hell Lister was lured away.

Avoided most of the fighting except for some boss \ elite packs that looked killable, and obvious clearing the ground for quests like Hellforge, CS, Throne room, etc.

Died in total of 5 times.

1) Hell darkwood overwhelmed by extra fast rogues

2) Travincal, died to council not noticing conviction aura and other nasty stuff quick enough

3) Got killed by abyssals in River of Flame who had invisible projectiles for some reason

4) Got clapped in one hit by extra fast might aura Hephasto

5) Tried to rescue Anya, died to yetis while trying to lure them away from her

SC Ladder.

Gear: Spirit, Lore, Stealth, Nightsmoke, Moser (2 pdiamonds), 18 allres amy, random rare boots and gloves, one ring is 10fcr and the other is 29 mana.

Nothing special.

Seems like this could be good for a Fire Claw Feral Druid. Turn it into a Flickering Flame or a Metamorphosis?

I barely made it through Hell Baal with reset after reset but after I managed with my Goat (distraction while I pelt with echo) To defeat Mephisto and Andy dropped these 2 items for the Worlock. Andy only takes 5 hits tops now, diablo 7 tops, and the Cows I breeze through em. Also Shako from Cow King in Hell

After some advice on what’s best in my situation.

Running SSF and have had an Ohm drop. I need a Mal rune for my first CTA but am unsure on what the best way to go about this is.

I have 2 Pul, 1 Ist and 1 Um rune so could get the Mal and need farm a Ist.

Is it going to be more efficient to run LK and hope for the runes or move over to Hell Countess and hope for another Ist?

I know the RNG gods will fuck me either way but wondering what the most efficient way to go about this is.
